excellent experience! We did go on a Saturday so they were quite busy, even though we had an appointment we had to wait about 45 minutes before we saw the specialist. Byron was very personable and we ended up getting exactly what they had originally quoted for our vehicle by describing our vehicle very accurately. I will definitely use them again.

Easy, painless selling process. They look at the car you give them all the information you know about your car, they double check everything. Then they give you a cash price, you accept or not. No obligations to accept the offer but if you do it’s about a 15 minute wait then they hand you a check and you are on your way! They even have other cars you can trade in your vehicle.
Was looking at KBB for the value to sell on marketplace in a few months. Ya'll made me a good offer to where it was not worth messing with marketplace. I like that I was out in 45 minutes with a check.

We sold our 2001 Xterra here and the experience was great. THIScar gave us a much better offer than other places and the staff, Ben and Genesis, were super helpful and professional. I was concerned because the vehicle is 25 years old but they gave us Kelley Bluebook value rather than many lowball offers we’d received. I highly recommend them!

Very streamlined, a little of the used car salesman kabuki theater but not much. Coffee sucks but I didn’t go there for the coffee. Krystin is a worker.
