The full experience- finding my Conquest
The full experience- search, selection, shipping, and delivery was great. I have been searching for the discontinued Conquest for a while. The watch I purchased is in excellent condition. I have no regrets about the purchase.The Soloist’s communication was excellent. I was able to track my purchase from shipping label creation to delivery at my door. Good Experience But Need Transparency
I ordered a Tag Heuer watch from this website and was super happy with the price and the purchase experience, however when I got the watch delivered I also got a big bill for custom tax. I reloaded that they have delivered the watch from outside the EU. Now I don't mind ordering things fork outside EU when I want/ need but I'm sure no one wants surprise tax. At the end they offered to pay half of that tax and I was happy enough to meet that gap but there should be more transparency and probably even a highlight saying that the package will get a custom fee. I know it's probably all there in the fine prints but just be more transparent at the checkout from where you'll be sending the items and let buyer decide if they want to still order it. I'll still go with a 5 star review because at the end of the day they owned up to it and offered to pay half fee. I probably won't be shopping again with them though as any savings advertised by them goes away with the customs.
