TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This company continues to charge me monthly for a service that I never signed up for. They told me they were going to issue a refund to me back in August, yet they just charged me again in December. I paid for 1 ESA letter and never requested anything additional. I would not recommend unless you have months and months to go back and forth with them about money they owe you.

Pathetic people
Pathetic people. HAd a duplicate charge and they havent refunded my money and its been almost 9 months. They ahve stopped responding to emails. Kindly do not use thier service at all. They just eat money.

the team calling and emailing. the only reason for 4 is the issue I had with ordering a supplement kit that was billed incorrectly but once disclosed to them they fixed it. have used this service in the past that is why I chose to use again.

They charge your account without your consent. Without my authorization they charged my debit card for 79.99 plus a membership that I did not purchase. Still waiting for my refund. Stay away from them

Is a scam!!
I requested only my certificate so I could be able to take my company cat with me. After check out they offered me some extras For Zero Price Only I Have to pay the shipping and handling and when I accepted I end up getting charged for everything and the offer was a lie. I got charged $327.47 instead of $149.99. There is a number where you can call but it doesn’t work.

It's true that it is a scam. My evil landlord won a case because the letter is not legitimate. The therapist has to come from your home state. The HUD couldn't honor the letter and we were out $200 for absolutely nothing.

They keep charging your credit card
I paid for the letter they offer, something about 150 dlls. last year. When paying, some other offers appeared. I took one that offered a pet bed for 10 dollars and it never arrived. I thought it was Ok and I forgot about this company. However, they kept charging me MONTHLY 19.99 Dollars. I never authorized that. And just this month, they charged me 179.99! for nothing. I did received an email asking me to update the info, and I answered NO way. By the way, my pet died 3 months after I received their letter.

Amazing customer service
Customer Care representative Melba helped put me at ease. As someone who actively struggles to get tasks done due to anxiety. She stepped up and was able to make sure I felt reassured. Melba was extremely knowledgeable about the ESA assessment process and explained it to me thoroughly. She answered my questions and was very personable doing so. I had trouble accessing my email address I originally used a few years ago. She was able to streamline the process of updating m information. Thank you Melba!!!! I got my ESA letter approved so quickly and got sent a copy almost same day! Thank you to Therapy Pet! I will be using this company again next year!!!

Therapy Pet Org is a complete scam. They sign you up for monthly fees without your consent and then hit you with an annual fee without any prior notice or approval. They don’t even bother to send email receipts, so you have no idea what you’re being charged for. Worse, they store your personal data without your consent.Their claim that you can cancel “any time” is laughable—there’s no way to do it. Their website is non-functional, the phone numbers they list are disconnected, and they never reply to emails. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone from the company.If you’re considering using their services, stay away. This company is nothing but a fraudulent operation.

Get 1 star because negative stars arent a thing.. these people STEAL.. please save yourself from years of phone calls and disputes.. I’ve never dealt with a company so poor in my life.. I never write reviews but seriously trying to save others from the mistake I made choosing this company

They charged me without notification, almost 2months early for what I guess is an ANNUAL fee, that I do recall reading in the fine print (my mistake) when I used their website last July. It feels so scammy! Unfortunately, my dog had passed away, and here I was with a charge that I was not expecting. When I tried to call the numbers on my emails from last year, none of them worked. I reached out by email and I did get a response and they had no record of me. I forwarded my email from them last year. The issue was resolved after several days and they did refund my money. But seriously, how hard is it to remind people a charge is coming up? Legit businesses do that. They don’t have a problem letting you know one is coming up.

Major SCAM !!
Do not enroll with Therapy Pet! We paid the “up front” fees for a certificate, I’d card, leash, etc. Then paid an additional amount for something in October. Finally received our pkg late December. Later realized they began charging us a monthly fee of $19.99 which started in November! Called in February, when I noticed it on our bank statement, and asked what this was for. Supposedly this fee appears someplace after their shipping charges. Well, we don’t want it! Cancel everything!! Right. First conversation was in February. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called and been put into their endless que. Now, Supposedly this $19.99 monthly charge is in case you’d need a support letter to get you into a hotel or something. How does that work? They rarely answer the freaking phone and the que doesn’t take messages! However, with persistence, I have contacted individuals (every month from February thru May) with promises that the charges would end and I’d be refunded our money. In addition I sent them an email ….with no response. Plus I tried to call today, twice, que…. Right!! It’s now June and we’ve been charged yet again and no credit has shown up in our bank account. Now, I have to go to the bank and file fraud charges. Cancel our card which we use for insurances, utilities, health care, etc. basically everything. Excuse me but I am so pissed off. This outfit is a major SCAM. Do not enter into any kind of business with them and DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! For two years I’ve been dealing with them charging me $179.99 in random months of the year. I’ve asked them multiple times to delete my account info and they tell me they do then charge me again. Such a fraudulent company!!
