Dishonest company do not trust them!
Ordered a macerator with toilet from The Plumbing Suppliers. The product description and images were misleading and showed a toilet that appeared fully installed. The item delivered was not the toilet shown.The seller (Sean) agreed in writing to refund both the product and return delivery. The product cost was refunded, but three months later in Jan 2026 the return delivery cost is have not been refunded, despite repeated emails and calls. Poor customer service, misleading marketing, and broken refund promises.Avoid this supplier.

Shocking Company I wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered the combination package, ordered it on a Wednesday 8/10/25 because the main page on their website says next day delivery if you order before 1 pm, I traveled 200 miles to Liverpool to my daughters address to receive the item on Thursday it never came made several phone calls and spoke to a person on the phone who said oh can you email the sales office as I can't answer the question, when the delivery will be there, I pointed out to him that I've emailed them two weeks ago with a question regarding the macerator pump/toilet package and they have and they still haven't even replied to that so how are they going to respond to me when I send an email 2 days ago, however I sent three emails 8th 9th and 11th and still no response and five days later I'm still waiting for the toilet the actual macerator arrived on Friday, i ask the guy when I ordered on the phone because the payment link on their website wasn't working that I also want an invoice which I still don't have, shocking Company, shocking customer service they really should be put out of business, now the 13th of October I am staying in an empty shell of a house, I live 200 miles away and I need to get back home waiting for a toilet assembly to arrive, I certainly would never recommend these to anybody not even my worst enemy

This comapny never replies to any of their contact info. The product seems to come from Lancashire Plumbing which WAS run by Sean Alan Guy, but the company was dissolved in 2023. I went to the lengths of actually writing a letter to the Burnley address and got a reply by email! The unit was under warranty and I was told to clean it and return it which I did. Since then nothing. Shocking that companies can get a way with this. I guess in the end you get what you pay for and their pumps are less than half the price of real Saniflow products.

Misleading, false advertising and worst customer service.Their website states next day delivery for orders placed before 1pm. This is a blatant lie as they do NOT offer next day delivery but minimum 2-3 working days and even more. Customer service takes days to get back to you and they reply claiming their website does not guarantee next day service.This company also goes by macerator-pumps.com and should be avoided. They also do not accept returns of defective products and force you to contact the manufacturers yourself. Stick to any other supplier other than these incompetent liars.

This company are a disgrace - you place an order and pay next day delivery, it comes three days late and broken. No refund - You tell them not to bother sending a new one because you don’t trust it will come, you needed it urgently anyway that’s why you paid for next day delivery so you go elsewhere and make it quite clear via email. They STILL send you one because “it’s already left the warehouse” but tell you to refuse the package yet don’t tell you when it’s being delivered - the delivery company leave the package which means you now have a product you don’t want nor can you retrieve the funds back from your bank because you have a product. You email and phone constantly and get no response -you use their email on their contacts and it won’t send!! Its now up to you to contact trading standards and the ombudsman to get it sorted. Do NOT touch this company unless you can collect it from Burnley yourself - a shocking unacceptable way of doing business.

Absolutely the worst company I have had…
Absolutely the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with, if I could have given zero stars I would have. Was due to receive a macerator on a Monday having ordered it on the Friday. Not only did I never receive it but they kept giving me a phony tracking number when they claimed it was with Hermes for delivery, Hermes had no details whatsoever of the package. I asked for an e-mail to be sent twice or even tree times and should have realised something fishy when no emails were received and checked spam and junk folder. I have now sent then 2 e-mails and to date not had the courtesy of any replyI must have have called them over 30 times to find out what is going on and to arrange the refund but clearly this is not their intention as they never return calls or even answer the call.This is the very first review I have given and and hope many people will read this. What a big mistake it was to place the order with them and out of principal will lodge a claim via the small claim court not caring what it will cost me and will also be reporting this company to Trading Standards as they have stolen my money.I will also be leaving negative google reviews as no one should be fleeced like this and they do not deserve to remain in business based on the poor reviews on this platform DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
