You do not get refunds
After reading all of these wonderful reviews we decided to give them a try. We were told that if we paid up front and didn’t like the design that we would receive a full refund. What we weren’t told is that if we use our revisions (which of course anyone would if they commissioned a design) you can’t receive a refund. So know that if you work with them. We were offered more revisions but the company was so far off from the logo we wanted and described that we decided not to continue.

I'm a new business owner
I'm a new business owner. Being able to pick the right person to do business with is a big deal. Especially when it comes to the logo design your looking for to represent your business. Mary was the best at it 100% customer service all the way!!! 🙂She kept in contact with me the whole way through. I never had to wonder what was going on. Any feedback I gave her she made the change to my logo. Even when I said it looks good!!! Mary even added a little suggestion to make my logo look even better🤩. I gave her five stars because she did everything I asked her to do. Making me a very satisfied customer and affordable prices. Thanks so much 😊❤️.

Hard to find great service today in any line of work. Mary Hudson was awesome, above and beyond to handle every need and made sure I was 101% satisfied. Was also able to design a business card right after logo design. I will be testing them out for some web help next.
