Very bad quality stickers and stamps
Very bad quality stickers and stamps. Our stamps faded after 3/4 washes on clothing and the stickers faded after just washing the bottles twice, would not recommend

The product is not as described
The product is not as described. When it is applied to the hair it still smudges onto clothing and hands. I tried to get in contact with customer service and had no response. 2.5/5 - does cover your hair (as would any cheaper temu hair dye for a fraction of the cost). I paid premium price to know it would not smudge.

Poor sticker quality and service
I ordered stamps and stickers for my daughters. We mostly used the stickers on their water bottles. I noticed their names fading after a couple of washes and eventually completely faded in less than a month. I reached out to their support team only to be told that their stickers are water resistant but not waterproof and that soaking the stickers in water would make them fade. I did not soak the stickers in water. In fact, I didn’t even use the sponge to go over the stickers and they still faded. Really underwhelmed with the quality of the stickers. I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the stamps work like they should. Poor customer service and quality. I’ll be on the hunt for other sticker brands to use on my kids’ stuff.

What a sham
What a sham. I ordered the “2X Friends Set” special of The Magical Pen - Floating Drawings & Tattoos on 6/21 and finally received on 7/8. Apparently it ships from China. The markers are each labeled “white board markers” and came packaged in a plain unlabeled clear bag wrapped in bubble-wrap. No instructions of any kind or QR code to scan for video instructions or anything else in the bubble-mailer. Would not recommend nor order from again. No wonder they don’t allow you to post reviews on their site. They pick and choose which reviews to post!

cheap quality
I bought 3 starry buddies, 4 chore charts and 3 sets of the magic water boxes. Nothing looked like it did online. The starry buddy and magic water boxes were all crushed and information was not in English. I emailed the company and received very blurry instructions for the magic water boxes but for the amount I spent on these gifts, their cheapness in quality was pretty shocking. It was a bit embarrassing gifting them. The company gave me a 10% refund due to the items instructions not being in English and coming in damaged boxes.

I order 3 bundles
I order 3 bundles chose the animal stamp for all 3. it shows up and I only have stickers so I order again this time double checking and I only get sticker again. I want my money back.

Sprinkler buddies are faulty!
I ordered 2 sprinkler buddies and both of them are faulty, they dont turn off unless i unscrew and remove batteries.I asked for a refund and they offered 50% or replacement order. I did not feel confident in getting a replacement that wasn't also faulty, so i have just accepted the 50% but i feel it should be 100%.I'm disappointed that they continue to sell these faulty products and wonder how many people have lost money on them.

Terrible!!!
I placed an order April 29, 2025 and got an email May 3rd saying my items have been shipped. A tracking number was provided. I still have NOT received my order and when I look up the tracking number and order itself, the website shows “order not found.” I see they are now closing down, so I’ll have to dispute this with my credit card company! What a waste of time.

Love the stamp and Tetris puzzle
The stamp is perfect. I have twins, so just got one with our last name.The Tetris puzzle is awesome and amazing. One of my 3yo is very advanced for her age and loves it.

Reasonable delivery service
Reasonable delivery service, though packaging and presentation could've been better. On arrival, l found that the stickers were folded over and twisted due to being squeezed into a small plastic postage bag. It would've been much better if the products were wrapped nicely into an appropriate sized box.The products would've looked better on arrival, furthermore, stickers were spelled incorrect and therefore were not quality checked before leaving the warehouse.Other than that, l was impressed with the fast response from customer service to correct the issue of misspelling.
