This program was been exceptional in my experience. Between the coursework which takes you from day 1 to full running of the park, countless calls to educate you on legal contract writing, renovating manufactured homes, understanding underwriting, and the best systems I have seen. This program was been my absolute favorite. The community is stellar and provides their own insights to help with your growth, the networking, and the weekly study groups and group calls, I couldn't have asked for a better program. This is truly the program you need to get you into your first mobile home or your 10th. I've done a few mentorships before, and this one was my favorite by far!
