Miscommunication
I was not informed of the time to complete this order when I was explicit in my time needed. I ordered these almost 4 weeks ago and still have not received, so I unfortunately can’t provide feedback on the product.

Tariffs, Off-Shore Products, Horrible Quality and the WORST Customer Support
Awful experience with The Master Tanners through and through. First, the worst part, this is a fake US company with items manufactured in United Arab Emirates. The address shows a home in Indiana, but items are labeled, “The Green Tanners,” a company located in the UK. The address for The Green Tanners is a much smaller home. In other words, this is a chain of mirror websites with fabricated, “humble” stories advertising themselves as a “family-owned business who turned their passion into a full-time job.”Second, these “premium” leather items are absolute garbage. I’ve NEVER held leather this rock hard and devoid of even an essence of the smell of leather. Every strap that came felt completely different from the next in the set. Quality? Where?!Third, this is an import, subject to tariffs and import taxes. There is no clear language stating this when making your purchases. Sure enough, when you go through their “side” pages you will read that items may be produced off-shore. Doesn’t the front page state it’s a US-based family business??? Nope! NO WHERE does it say US-made products. They are scraping all ethics by creating loopholes and following local law. 60% TARIFF FEES!Last, customer support repeatedly ignored my concerns and responded with agrammatic, short responses. They mispriced an item and reached out to me demanding I pay an additional $80 on top of the $55 I paid. That’s over double! I sent them over 10 emails with screenshots, evidence and paragraphs of communication. What did I get in return? A simple sentence ignoring me, asking for payment or denying fulfillment of my purchase.PLEASE be careful buying from The Master Tanners.

Maybe just bad Luck
I was aware that i had to pay import taxes however UPS did the customs clearence and took about 90% of my items value as compensation so my final price was more then double the paid price.Furthermore the hardware has left rustmarks on the ,,White" leather the size is way to small even for my petite hands meanwhile the wrist cuffs band could be a collar.In conclusion i payed too much and now have not fitting product.

LEATHER DONE BETTER.
The leather is butter soft, the craftsman ship is beyond belief, and the fit is perfect. The Leather Tanners stayed in contact with me and double checked all the measurements to make sure the fit was perfect.

Do not do buy from this company.I ordered a harness from Master Tanners. Right after I placed my order, I wrote to them with a question and they were very responsive. Then I received my item. It was the wrong size, it wasn't adjustable (completely defeating the purpose of a harness), the wrong color, and the quality was cheap. When I wrote them to start a return/refund, I got silence. Over a week and three emails, no response. The website clearly states a return policy, but doesn't detail a process on how to execute a return beyond writing them. I feel scammed.

I recently got the Leather Shotgun Case from this website. The leather looks and feels premium, and the overall build is solid.What I really like is the secure flap with the two buckle closures. Because it keeps everything safely in place. The YKK zipper is heavy-duty and works smoothly, no tugging or snagging, which is a big plus. The adjustable strap with the cushioned pad is super comfortable on the shoulder, even when carrying the case for longer periods. Inside, the fleece lining is soft and offers great protection for the gun. I don’t have to worry about scratches at all.This case is both functional and stylish also exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend it for any shotgun owner.

New Rifle Case for my husband on Christmas
