Unprofessional
I signed up with Lighthouse in November. Made my payment, and they still have not gotten in touch with my creditors for an agreement. Now my creditors, of course, are calling me. I can never get anyone on the phone. The one time I did, I was told to just not answer the phone..wth..This experience has turned into a nightmare. I finally spoke to someone today. This process is unreal.

Nikki & Janel - more Kudos than I can count.
I am totally taken back by both Nikki and Janelle. They both have been absolutely phenomenal to work with, I love that they have a sense of humor and they just don't think that I'm just some old lady paying them to take care of some of my bills. I cannot thank them for everything that they've done for me, they've totally made me feel comfortable with your company made me comfortable with myself and lets me get on with things that I do have to pay that I can't put through your company unfortunately. I'm not quite sure how I found your company, but I am ever so happy that I did. These two gals have made everything just right for me, no pressures, no frowns, just solutions that I can work with and be happy with and the people, being Janelle and Nikki are phenomenal. Used them to file my taxes
Used them to file my taxes, they messed up federal and state returns so bad that money was never electronically deducted and I received penalties and notices through the mail about lack of payment. I filed early, before the tax season rush as well. Do NOT trust them with your money, I paid as much in penalties as I did to pay them to mess up.

Great Company To Work With!
I am so glad I found Lighthouse Financial. This was my first time applying for business funding and these guys made the whole process easy. I had a million questions and they were always communicative and really helpful. And they were even able to secure me more funding than I was expecting, so huge win! I'd recommend them to anybody. You Suck
I took on 5,500 dollars of accrued debt because I was approved for 55,000 dollars. When I asked can I apply for a specific amount I was told they cant do that its just whatever I get accepted with without the option of posting a limit. I didnt even use more than $4,000 of the $55,000. So I took on 10% fee which is $5,500. Luckily I have a lawsuit against AIL (American Income Life) that I won to pay off my $4,400 remaining balance so ya'll can suck it

Great experience overall. My rep, Peyton, was kind and patient and held my hand through the whole process. With her guidance, and little effort on my part, my credit score increased and I then had more access to additional funds which was very important to my newest business venture.
