Hey — honestly, Chandler puts on the best events ever. This was my first time attending, and the place was great. There was a casino in the lobby and the event meeting room was also there, which was super cool because we would all meet in the lobby and go play pickleball in the morning. It was fun.There were also cool things to do nearby. We stayed close to Fremont Street in Las Vegas at the Grand Downtown Hotel. It was fun to do things outside, and being inside the event and the meetup, there were great people, lots of speakers, and plenty of networking. I really appreciated the whole experience.We learned how people were doing seven figures and above with different marketing methods like agent outreach and direct-to-seller. Honestly, it was a wealth of information. Shawn Surani, who is 22 years old, was there — he’s one of the best. He’s making $4 million a year wholesaling real estate and $2 million a year flipping. He had a lot to say about our business when we asked questions, and I really appreciated that.I think it was a great event and I would recommend it to anyone. If you’re part of the Level Up REI school group, there are recordings of past events that are phenomenal. I really recommend checking out an event, joining a skool group, or even joining the higher-tier Level Up program — it’s definitely worth the money. I could tell many people found value in the program, the connections, and the resources and materials provided.Chandler, by the way, is super good at pickleball, and he definitely needs to be studied because he looks like a real-life G.I. Joe.
