Very good customer service
I spoke with Phillip Martin on 2/20 to make my orginal flight. I rarely travel and was very nervous. He made everything so easy an understandable. By the end of the call I was very at ease an comfortable with my decisions. I spoke with him on 2/23 and again he was very easy to talk to and understood my problem. Again I left the phone call with confidence I have made good choices. He explained everything and gave understandable examples. Answered my questions and added information I did needed but did not know enough to ask. He seemed well informed.
Roman was incredibly helpful.with naavigating the new seating policy - what i wasted 7 hours on, she did in 10 minutes, maybe less

Scammers, I lost my flight and called the number I found for lost flight, to get to this scamming company, stressed out for missing the flight, i should understand it war scamming when a indian guy answered for missing a finnish airline, he said I had to pay the price differenc, when I look at finnair.com I found out that i payed three times as much as ordering a new ticket myself from Finnair.and I had to buy luggage on the airport beside of this shit. If you miss the flight, never contact these Indian thieves.
Dear Team,I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Ryan Wilson.I was in Paris when my flight to Madrid was suddenly canceled. From Madrid, I had a connecting flight back home to Israel that same night. It was an absolute nightmare situation, and I urgently needed to get home. We initially tried contacting Air France but received no response. After calling again, we were connected to your team, and that is when Ryan stepped in.From the very first moment, Ryan stayed on the line with me for nearly two hours, patiently and relentlessly searching for every possible solution to get me home that same day. He was attentive, calm, compassionate, and completely committed to helping me. He did not rush the conversation, did not give up, and did not make me feel like just another case.At one point, I was offered a €2000 direct ticket solution, which I simply could not afford. That call ended abruptly. Almost immediately after, Ryan called me back personally to apologize and continued working tirelessly to find an alternative. He ultimately succeeded in securing a ticket for €618 , still a significant amount, but far more manageable than €2000. More importantly, he treated me with genuine care and empathy throughout the entire process.He stayed on the phone with me for 1 hour and 40 minutes until everything was fully arranged, and later that evening he even called to check that I had arrived home safely. That level of dedication and humanity is rare.The difference between Ryan and his supervisor Charlie was clear:Ryan chose ownership, compassion, and persistence. He focused on solutions and customer care.Charlie presented an expensive option and ended the call when I declined.Ryan turned a stressful and overwhelming situation into one where I felt supported and cared for. I will never forget his kindness and professionalism.Thank you, Ryan, from the bottom of my heart.
