Messaged about a miscommunication with their labeling of my order, it was changed after the message but no response at all. Then it sat in the next status and when i messaged about that i got no response. Now the bar i ordered (not their fault) is different than the powerblock i have and have inquired about return/swapping it to also no response.

Sturdy & Reliable!
I was worried about durability, but this bar is solid. The grip is comfortable, and it doesn’t wobble even during kipping pull-ups. Takes up zero space when not in use. If you want a simple, effective way to train at home, this is it.

Knee pain? Gone with These Wraps!
After years of squatting, my knees started bothering me. These wraps provide just the right amount of compression without cutting off circulation. I can hit depth pain-free now, and the rebound helps me push through heavy sets. They stay put during workouts and wash well. A must-have for lifters with cranky knees!

Perfect For heavy Pulls!
I was skeptical at first, but these straps handle my 400+ lb deadlifts with ease. The stitching is reinforced, and the fabric doesn’t slip. My calluses are thanking me, and my lifts have improved. If you’re serious about strength training, don’t cheap out—these are the real deal.

These Lifting Straps Saved my workouts!
I've tried multiple brands, but these are by far the best. The material is thick yet comfortable, and they don't dig into my wrists like others. My grip used to fail before my muscles, but now I can deadlift heavier without worrying. Washes well, too-no fraying after months of use. Highly recommend for anyone serious about lifting!

Huge selection, great service
I was looking for a new treadmill, they have a huge selection from multiple brands, all set up and ready to trial. At least 20. Not just brands I knew and had on a short list but others I didn’t know and hadn’t come across on internet searches. All clearly priced. I ran on multiple, with no pressure to make a quick decision. They were helpful throughout and not pushy. Having finally decided, the price was cheaper than I had found online. Delivered in less than a week at a time of my choosing, turned up on time, took the old machine away, set up the new one, provided useful maintenance tips (who knew you were supposed to lubricate the belt!). Can’t recommend them enough.

Great place to get gym equipment!
Todd and Dan did a great job of helping me get a few pieces of quality equipment for my home gym. They did a great job of explaining everything to me without any pressure. Todd did a super job of assisting to make sure the dumbbells I had would work with the rack I was looking at purchasing. I would definitely recommend these guys and would go back anytime I had need to purchase additional equipment.

My wife and I visited the Alpharetta location and we met with Todd Jones. He was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about setting up our home gym. He gave us lots of tips on setting up a home gym.We ended up buying the Hoist Fitness HV 4 Elite.

Very impressed with Oakville store
Very impressed with the Oakville On location and especially David, the manager. The Concept 2D rower I wanted wasn't in stock and he immediately suggested a less expensive, excellent, in stock DMaster R3000 Air Rower and held it for my until my sister could get it for me a few days later. He was just as helpful when my sister went to pay for and pick up the machine. Thank you David for making this purchase a real feel good experience.

Bought a stationary bike from…
Bought a stationary bike from Industrial Location it was a used commercial unit used it for a few months and found the unit was skipping like a chain slip it had NO warranty I knew this brought it back to Paul they took it apart to find a dead press bearing ughhhhhh the cost of this was well over 1000 dollars just for the part upon hearing this news I was really upset 1700 bucks gone but ... no Paul had talked to the owner and they agreed to replace my unit with a Lifecycle 9500 !! I have purchased all my equipment from Paul at the Industrial location but have not had a chance to meet the owner as yet but wow talk about service these guys go over and above I highly recommend Fitness Depot Ottawa !!!Chris Kennedy
