Amazing customer service! The product in itself is the best of its kind in the Wordpress world, but their customer service takes everything to another level. I've been wanting to try The Events…
I've been wanting to try The Events Calendar for a bit, but wasn't sure and I am very glad I finally did! It's a great feature for any community, especially our gaming one that holds online events. While the plugin is really powerful, and can do everything any one could want, I believe the level of customer support is the best feature. Not only do they have integrated AI to assist you, but you can get live chat support (M-F) right from within your dashboard.I just had a conversation with a support agent, for the first time, and they were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional -- especially dealing with my non-tech savvy self. So kudos to that!Completely happy with my purchase, and I feel very confident that any challenges I may face, they will be right there with me to help figure out!

The Best WordPress Calendar

Unreliable integration, poor customer support
I used The Events Calendar plugin for 2 years and would not recommend it. The calendar frequently went out of sync without warning, requiring constant manual intervention. On top of that, it took a lot of customization just to make it look halfway decent.The customer support and return policy were also extremely disappointing. The company will charge you for a full year, even if you’ve only used the product for 30 days. There’s no flexibility and the experience feels very unfriendly.There are much better calendar products out there that are more reliable, easier to use, and backed by companies that actually care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this plugin.

I use the events calendar on several websites, including tickets and community events. I had trouble translating some labels. After contacting support, they quickly and effectively helped me with tips and tricks to translate the labels. Response times from the support department are fast.
