The video that cherished moments made for me is absolutely stunning, I had it created for my wife as a present for mothers day ❤️ and she will love it, it was sent to my inbox within 48 hours , such great service and competivly priced and I will definitely recommend this company and will also be using them again
This is the second time ive used Cherished Moments for a gift and im blown away each time. These videos are amazing. I photoshopped myself into a an old photo with my partner and his late father who I was never able to meet and to see us all come to life together smiling and hugging one another gives us a feeling that words cannot describe. Thank you for creating such a remarkable business. Looking forward to creating more new memories.
My Dad passed away 5 years ago. I've had 2 different photos brought to life by Cherished Moments, one with my mum and one with me. I know we can't bring back our loved ones, but they have done such a great job of just a few seconds, bringing them back as we remember them. Made me cry, but soooo worth it ❤️
Such a wonderful idea. Photos were treated with sensitivity, which meant the resulting videos were wonderfully accurate. Customer service was also quick and excellent. I'll definitely be recommending this company.
What I liked was the fact that if there is something you don't like about the video the team will redo it until you are happy, fantastic service and I would highly recommend

The delivery by email was very prompt.When I had a small problem they were so helpful and listened.Outcome was that I have a beautiful clip of myself and youngest daughter which I will 'cherish " forever

I was abit sceptical when ordering, but when I received my video it was beautiful. Having lost both my parents 3 years ago, obviously I miss them both but I miss the hugs so much. So, when I opened & viewed the link, I could imagine mum was hugging me. So thank you for helping to bring back those memories again.

I saw this company on Facebook and was very interested as my only child died earlier this year. Last Christmas 2024 we had my favourite photo taken together. This company tried 3 times to do the video but none of them were right but they persevered and finally I have a beautiful video if mother and son. They were so helpful and patient with me each time I asked them to change it.

AS I HAVE SAID THEY ARE JUST PURE DEAD BRILLIANT AT WHAT THEY DO IN EVERY ASPECT OF EDITING TO SEE LOVED ONES LOST AS MY SON WAS AT 26 YEARS AND TO HAVE HIM HUGGING AND LAUGHING WITH HIS BROTHERS TOGETHER IS JUST EMOTIONAL
I ordered a moving picture of my grandparents who have been gone for numerous years, it was so lovely to see them move and smile, it made me cry, and the best bit is when they moved and smiled, it still looked like them. I have seen others where the people just do not look the same during and after moving.
I have used this service on three separate occasions. I was thrilled with the first inparticular but a little disappointed with the third as I’d hoped my grandparents would turn to hug or kiss each other as I’d seen on the advert. I mentioned this as a comment & the team acted immediately. They offered & worked on my photograph again and sent it straight out to me. It’s rare you get this kind of care and service; above and beyond.
The only photo I have of my mum and me was in black and white when I was 2-3 years old. She died just after my 10th birthday. Just can’t tell you how much it meant to me to have her back for even the few seconds in the video. It was magical and so emotional.Thoroughly recommend this company.

The merchant delivered on time and the results were truly amazing! I was a bit leery about placing an order with them since there are so many fake websites and redundant offers but I took a chance and I am glad I did. Had now idea they were in Hong Kong - the website doesn't say that - and normally I would not have ordered from an out of the USA country. However, it turned out to be a great experience.
