I had a great experience working with Barbara and the team. From the beginning, she was patient, professional, and genuinely committed to getting the design right. I went through a few revisions because I had a specific vision in mind, and even when I wasn’t completely satisfied at first, Barbara never made me feel rushed or difficult. She listened carefully, made thoughtful adjustments, and stayed positive throughout the process.What I appreciated most was how comfortable she made the whole experience. She took my feedback seriously and worked with me until the logo truly felt right for my business. In the end, we landed on a design I’m genuinely proud of.If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, respectful, and willing to work with you until you’re happy, I definitely recommend The Business Toolkit
