Very unreliable. There was no communication what so ever. When I did not receive the order after 13 days I called. Then they cancelled the order saying UPS misplaced the order. I don’t recommend this vendor.
I ordered two 9-compartment plates white and silver by paying $20I received plates and completely disappointedThe plates are so thin if I add food in one of the compartments it bent die to food weightI cannot imagine how it will hold up if all 9 compartments are filled Complete rip off
They pay attention to details and understand well ones requirements.Products are of great quality. Have been using them for years and would not hesitate to use them again.

At least 15% of the plates ordered broke when trying to separate the packs. Flimsy

Called and spoke to a representative who confirmed prices and availability, so we proceeded to place the order online. Was sent an email a couple of hours later saying they were cancelling my order because they had put the wrong prices online and it would actually be less of a cost but I needed to re-place my order rather than just refunding me the difference. When I went to order again the prices had been raised by more than 40% on the same items. If anyone actually reads this, don’t waste your time ordering from this website.
