Christopher was professional, polite and patient while assisting me in resetting my online banking. It took awhile and he never got annoyed or irritated with me. He was a delight to deal with.

We recently refinanced a vehicle through a 3rd party, however, Texas Bay Credit Union were the folks who took the loan. We had access to pay it, but not full online access since the account was setup by the third party. I called today to gain access so we could see statements, make payments, see balance, etc; Ryan took the call and was fantastic to work with. He had to ask some security questions to confirm I was who I was saying I am, then he helped me to get the access we needed. He was clear, concise, respectful, and extremely helpful. Keep up the great work, Ryan! Thank you!

I always have an great experience at the drive thru especially with Tierrany Gilliam at the Texas Bay CU on Wallisvale. She has a wonderful smile and make you feel like she's happy to work with you answering any questions that I have.

My overall experience with the automated phone system was more like 2 or 3 stars but Giselle saved my entire experience with her excellent customer service. She knew exactly how to assist me and walked me carefully through each step. She was ready with solutions where I felt like I only had problems. Not to mention she was joyful throughout!
