Leslie went the extra mile

Leslie at Terra went the extra mile to unearth information for me based on very limited details I could provide her. She was able to confirm product information for a delivery (she otherwise had no involvement with) and put my mind at ease that our order was on track. I appreciated her patience, friendliness, and helpfulness. Thanks, Leslie!

Prepay

Well, it took a bit of effort just to get a quote from them. After we received approval to do the work it was time to purchase the door system from Terra. We had to prepay in full up front which is not a problem as this was our first purchase. It has been my experience that if you ask for a full payment up front, you deliver on time. My order was almost 6 weeks late and when I called to follow up I was told manufacturing issues was the reason. When we finally received the product, the cover to the operator did not fit and I had to reach out to them for a new cover. That cover took another 2 weeks to get. Needless to say, I did not have a good first impression of doing business with Terra Universal.

Exceeded Expectations

I placed a small order for replacement shelving from Terra Universal several weeks ago. After submitting my order online, I received a survey asking if I was happy with my experience. I answered "NO" at that time, simply because the order noted that the items wouldn't ship for 3 weeks. I'm in retail and we were in desperate need of the extra shelving. A representative from Terra Universal called almost immediately to inquire as to unsatisfactory survey comment. The young man was SO reassuring and promised to find out how quickly he could arrange to ship the shelves, as Valentine's Day was right around the corner and we needed the additional storage.The shelves came less than a week later!I was SO impressed!I then got a follow up from Daniel Magpayo, making sure I was satisfied with the purchase as well as the service. I told Daniel that I was thrilled with absolutely everything! It's so rare that a company meets and exceeds expectations these days, so I really wanted them to know how pleased and impressed I am. I will definitely order from them again!

I recently reached out to Terra with a fairly unique set of needs, and I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Magpayo, one of their Sales Engineers. Daniel delivered exceptional support from the very first interaction. He responded quickly, communicated clearly, and approached every part of the process with a high level of professionalism and structure.Daniel’s technical knowledge and ability to break down potential solutions in a way that was easy to understand, and his genuine commitment to helping me reach the best possible outcome was very appreciated on my end. Even though my requirements ultimately didn’t align with an available solution, Daniel explored every angle. Always Check In With Your Rep

Overall experience was mixed through (3) different orders. We experienced great customer service and then lost our rep after the first and second orders were fulfilled. This lag moment was the reason our score is lower as we had to shuffle through a few new reps (for about a month) until we were given Leslie Renteria in customer service to assist us. She took on the follow up for our third order and brought our projected shipping date in by two weeks. Having the same consistent assistance changed the follow up process and brought more assurance to the updates we received.

Great customer service

I ordered ovens in July, and my colleagues did not install them until January. It was at this point we realized on one we had received the wrong power cord. I doubted I would get any resolution after such a long time had past, but Taso and Carmen reach out to the MFG for us and we got the necessary cord at no charge. I am very happy with the experience.

Live Chat Feature

I’ve been working with my company on modifying a glovebox from TU. I’ve had just about a million questions and have been using the chat feature daily to get my answers. I really like that I can chat with a live representative and get answers in a timely manner. Every time I’ve used the chat feature, Gabriel has attended to me. Gabriel has been such a great help in handling all my random questions ranging from super specific measurements to questions about the butyl gloves. Even if Gabriel doesn’t have an immediate answer, I’m promised and delivered a follow up email with my answer. I’m super appreciative of the live support

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Leslie Went Above and BeyondI initially ordered a 14 mL item but received 5 mL due to an incorrect product title (the description did state 5 mL, which we unfortunately overlooked).I was not sure about replacement/refund.What truly stood out was Leslie’s exceptional customer service. Leslie responded promptly, immediately acknowledged the mistake, corrected the listing, and issued a refund without hesitation. Leslie professionalism and ownership of the issue were genuinely impressive.Because of Leslie’s quick and fair resolution, we reordered immediately. Great customer service. When our fan filter unit arrived damaged multiple times the Leslie from the customer service team was able to promptly replace it. Despite our positive experience with the customer service items did arrive broken or damaged multiple times.
