Easy & No tricks
I checked lots of sites to sell my phone & they offered the best price. I prepared myself for the email or call that they didn't agree with my assessment but it never came. Easy to work with, great service, great explanations of what they expected. I could not ask for more.

Good overall
Trade in was easy, straight forward and quick. Buying was a great experience, gave me lots of options. The only complaint I have was the glass screen protector I purchased, was put on crooked. I didn't notice it until a couple of days later.
