This company is legit! They offer a lifetime warranty on their products and sure enough, my 2 ft USB to Lightning cable that I purchased in 2018 had started to fail with reliable connection. I placed a warranty claim and they are sending me a new cable. That is excellent customer service and support.
I am not one to write off a company because I happened to have a negative experience with a product I feel if we share with the Co what was going on they can make or check into providing a better product so in this Tech Armor responded with appreciation and show of loyalty to a committed customer. I have been a customer since 2021 and will continue to be a loyal one.
The customer care representatives were quite prompt and courteous. Although no direct contact via phone conversation, the process is streamlined and transparent without much red tape. Responses were much faster than expected from any online services.
First, the Tech Armor Ballistic Glass screen protectors and included camera lens protectors work amazingly well. I've been using them since my iPhone 5 and later on iPhone 7 and 15. I drop my phone several times a year, and the protectors crack, but the screens and lenses have never been affected! Besides being worth the money, they cost half of what other brands do.Second, the service has been outstanding, prompt and super-helpful!
This screen protector saved my phone screen when I dropped it, it cracked but my actual display stayed perfect! I contacted support and they replaced it completely free in just a couple of days after I sent my order number, a quick photo, and my address. I previously purchased a 3 pack HD glass for my wife's iPhone 12 Pro Max in November 2020. In October 2025, the currently installed protective cover had excessive bubbles in one corner of the protective screen cover. My wife says this was due to trying to push out some bubbles that developed over a year of use.I wrote customer support requesting a replacement and within 30 minutes they process a Package to replace the 3 pack without any hesitation or challenges. My new package arrived within 3 days with a new 3 pack replacement. Installed new protector without issue.The customer support response was the best that I have ever screen.Yes, all 3 of my screen protectors did lift in a corner but they did after more than 18 months of use with my iPhone carrier on a shoulder strap and open to possible heavy use. I would still rate this product and support as outstanding.

Tech Armor, not only do they have an excellent product but they provide excellent customer service. I've used their glass screen protectors on my phones for over 5 years. Working in construction, my phone takes a beating and if it wasnt for their screen protectors I'd be paying a fortune for screen replacements. Truly a great company and product!
I have been using TechArmor for years now and when I say years I mean well over 10 years! I have yet to have a single complaint about them.
