For a tax company, they never filed my taxes.Paid them tons of money and they made sure my 2021 taxes never got to the IRS. Didn't even notify me or anything. They are knowledgeable, but they drag their process out incredibly long, and were submitting taxes due April 15 close to the end of the year. High fee, poor customer service, and didn't even do their job right.
Just the worst accounting company ever. They deduct $65 every month from my account but have yet to do the work. They only started work on my returns AFTER I filed a complaint with the BBB. It's been three months. And now they keep asking me to sign the docs but I can't because they keep getting my SSN wrong. Even after I corrected them, they still keep sending me returns with the wrong SSN. If the IRS comes after me for penalties, I will hold these people responsible. Please, please, for the love of all that is good, take your business elsewhere. Don't let these irresponsible procrastinators do your taxes ever.
Please, please, please heed my advice. I allowed them to do my 2021 taxes after being sold on how small-business friendly this company is, only for them to completely botch it. They fessed up to it early on and indicated they would help pay which certainly made me feel better. After all, 2021 tax season was all kinds of crazy. However, (and you knew this was coming based on my 1 star review) when it came down to paying me back, they gave me the run-around. I was passed from one person to another and my preparer was clueless - had no idea I paid on penalties owed to the IRS, claimed they were abated when they were not. I spent 3 months trying to figure this out and navigate a very confusing small business accounting environment only to end up on the phone with an awesome IRS agent who was able to shed light on how awful and dishonest these folks are. I was able to get most of my penalties abated myself and will be filing a complaint against this company and any company the CPAs here are affiliate with. STAY AWAY!!
