worst taxi service ever - asked for a refund since we were supposed to have an 8 seater and a 6 seater, and the drivers were rude and said its nothing to do with themCustomer service fobbing me off to say they are investigating
Horrible service. I have given instruction for a pick up and none of them was respected. They make my sister and little nephew waiting more than 1 hr at the airport and moving to a different pick up point.Loud music and very slow driver !Never again
I came from Cornwall by train on Friday 9th May to attend a funeral in London.I used Ydrive taxis from Paddington and they were excellent.They were punctual,Friendly and professional and I will certainly be using them again!
Pre booked airport taxi. Week in advance and was confirmed twice. On morning I got 15 minutes notice No taxi available. Never use these people again as they are totally unreliable and un professional. Appaling service and treatment of customer.
Never use these thieves! Had me waiting for a cab with my kids in a restaurant fir over an hour just to tell me the cab wouldn’t make it and that they were sorry! when then had to wait outside in the freezing cold as the restaurant was now closed. These jokers took my £25 within seconds of giving them my card details. now I’m constantly chasing them for this money. It’s been over a week yet they promised I’d get my money back within 3 days. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
