Great machine
Horrible customer service ! received bike and does not work at all.. won't turn on. Spent 6 hours going through everything to make sure all was connected properly to no avail. emailed customer service and after several back and forth, waited 3 weeks for a new display module to be delivered... No improvement !! Requested a refund as did not want to wait 3 to 4 weeks each time for a part to be shipped for replacement. Requested to return / refund bike to company to which have had numerous back and forth emails that now packaging was not sufficient. After package was professionally package ... BETTER than when it was shipped to us, still denied to return bike due to packaging. Called phone number over a dozen times with no answer during China business hours. Finally reached a person at 1 a.m. China time who said they would definitely have someone call me... no call back... only and email to tell me that packaging was bulging an to see example pics.... which were the SAME condition as the pictures sent of our professionally packaged return. They are using every excuse as to not refund and now have an $$800 paper weight as it is completely useless !! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... I invite them to contact me back still but very doubtful but will update should any resolve take place...

I’ve ordered my replacement key on January 5th. It’s February 9th tracking ingo hasn’t updated. 2 weeks after I ordered the key they called me and said they needed the key code I called them back and gave them the key info at this point I thought everything was good to go. Around February 1st I’m thinking where my key smh I contacted them and they said they’ve been waiting for the code still. Emailed back and forth and they do have recollection of talking and say we will expedite the process. Still nothing. I deal with better Chinese companies through WhatsApp with then these people. It’s rediculous still no key btw
Second bike purchase. This one was missing a screw for handlebars and the front light was broken and bracket bent. Sent photos requesting replacement with 24 hrs but 5 days later don’t have any confirmation they will send replacement parts. It seems as if they are trying to get FedEx to pay for it or something. Just wish they would send replacement parts so my son can ride his bike.
Best bike at this price point on the market. ( I’d put it against the best TBH).
Ordered an E-bike from here based on Amazon reviews. Delivery was quick and the bike was good quality. Size was as described for 12 yr old boy height. It was packaged well for such a heavy and large item. So far the bike is working well and we were able to just maximum speed to 15mph since it’s for a child. Would buy again.

Was at first skeptical about the purchase after a month of research on about 50 ebikes I choose the v29 pro and boy i was happy i made the best choice at this decent price range with hydraulic brakes which are very good if not the best and at 6feet weighing 270 this bad boy rides me like am a feather in the wind ,very powerful ,I call it the little monster lol . Delivery and packaging was a breeze and tamobyke customer service where top notch with response. In all i think the v29 is very durable and reliable, I use this for daily commute and got heads all turning in my jersey city . Just Buy it , trust me u won't regret it . Happy New Year .

Had accident on bike and quite a lot of damage. On talking with Ruby at Tamobyke, they were very responsive and concerned not only about the bike, but the rider as well. They agreed to replace the entire bike to ensure "hidden" faults would not be discovered down the line. Very impressed with their service.
It was an amazing bike. I bought the t72 pro and it the best. I got it off amazon. It goes 33.1 mph. I don't know the milage yet(haven't tested it). The back suspension can be adjusted to be soft. The front suspension is fine, but could be better. Otherwise it is an amazing bike and you should buy it.
I ordered 2 Tamobyke ebikes in Oct. They arrived on time and in good condition.Had one issue with the kickstand and it was resolved in a super fast fashion. Very happy with their customer service.The ebikes are working great so far and fun to ride.As a business, I will do business with Tmobykesport.com again and I highly recommend them.
It would be 5 stars, but when the bike is shipped, both tires are completely flat. The rear tire was popped outside the wheel. This meant I had to turn the bike upside down to get the tire inside the wheel and fill the tire to prevent it from popping out of the wheel. All the other bikes I have purchased fill the tires to prevent this issue and to make assembly easier. Other than that, great bike with a great price.
