Easy to navigate and customer service…
Easy to navigate and customer service is great! Vanny made setting up our account easy, and his explanations for services, payments, payroll, etc. were easy to follow. He is quick to follow-up with any issues or questions you may have. I haven't automated payroll just yet, but running payroll is simple. Highly recommend!

Communication with clients needs improvement
I am giving 4 stars because it is difficult to communicate with a representative once you become a client a they get the contract. I have been calling a person who is the representative that was in charge of my account, and he does not answer neither my calls nor my messages.He completely ignores my messages, and at the beginning he used to be very nice. When I finished the enrollment, the communication changed from 10 to 0. At this time I am not able no to communicate with anybody from the company. I just wanted to add an extra withholding to my payroll, and had to call a friend to help me because the company never answered my calls

After filing my quarterly taxes all of a sudden sure payroll refunded me withholdings and dumped it on me. This was in the third quarter 2025. I have had 10-12 commitments from Sure Payroll and ZERO follow up. This is the third straight year similar issues have impacted me. I had threatened to send them an invoice for my follow up time and today for the latest issue I sent it. I have also asked for root cause and actions and to date have not gotten an answer. Everyone is "sorry" but after several dozen apologies and no action they are empty words. Too bad about their mismanagement and poor customer service as their website is great. This is a leadership problem that continues unresolved.

Impossible to reach customer service…
Impossible to reach customer service for anything. If there was zero stars, I would have given it. After hours on hold, even when you reach someone they still can’t help you. They make excuses that it’s the end of the month, not my problem. They are real good at selling you the service on the front end, but then there’s no help after the sale.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Would not recommend. Their process is buggy, and customer service unhelpful. We used them about 3 months and switched back to the previous provider. None of the payroll providers are great, but this was an absolutely awful experience all around.
