I wish I could give zero stars. Utterly appalling customer service. They changed the size of the bag of dog food but not the price. Apparently it's our responsibility to alter the price we pay! Incredibly rude and disrespectful attitude from the guy on the phone. I don't care how cheap their products are. NEVER use this company.

my problem simple they keep telling me i have a shit load of points gathered up to put towards now any other item if id like to order and i now cant recall my PW with them so when i click forgot my pass word it then says type in your email address which i know is correct as theyve just this minute emailed me again on my email address i type that in and it says check ya spam folder ive tried now 4 times over this past week and ive had no pw re set email from them so point is when i have to order again from them as ive used them about 4 times now i have to keep checking out as ie a guest but using the same email address so i guess they dont ever want me to obtain any coupens off offers using my so called points of now about 720 points be cause i cant log in with a or my pass word ??? if i say for got pass word they never ever send me a rest link for my pw so scam there for sure i can never get to my points to use them ???? but they know my email address just fine when they want to annoy me again asking me to re order dog biscuits ? so this clocking up points thing as to be a SCAM

NEVER BUY MONKEYNIUTS !! they arrived rotten , black small and not even in a bag , just plastic see thru rubbish! you cant speak to a real person on emails, you get generic reply when you say stop my subscription, or close my account, so only way i could make sure wont fraud me again , as i had changed my subscription from 2 wks to monthly, they charged me both, sent both, so now i have 2 x 4kilo bags of rotten black monkey nuts!! terrible, all the reviews saying great are lies, so only way to stop anymore money off me was to remove my payment, because yore not able to cancel anything on line, they send you the link to do anything, whats that about??? id have given zero, but cant, so all avoid this ripoff firm!!

Disappointed with Product and Lack of Customer Support
I recently purchased a product from Superpet, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer support. The item I received had a shelf life of less than six months, contrary to industry standards. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the pet shop for clarification and resolution, they have ignored my concerns and provided no response. It’s disheartening to see a lack of accountability and transparency from a business I once trusted. I hope they improve their customer service and product quality to better serve their customers.

Excellent company, staff are always friendly in-store and giving free treat's out to the doggies that come in. Looking at the reviews for this company I think a change of domain ownership had occurred, and the new owner needs to claim the business. It's a small high street shop in Bournemouth and not a international online retailer as the reviews would suggest.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS. FRAUDULENT. I ordered a dog ramp and asked prior whether it was returnable as I needed to see if it was as described. I was told of course I could return it if needed. I reached out and was told that I would receive instructions for a return in 2 days. That was almost 3 weeks ago and no one will return my emails. Scammers.

Should have read previous comments regarding this company.They chanrged twice that others price up these dog biscuits ( gravy bones ) for, and make it look like they are in 10 kilo box’s.In fact they are only 5 kilos, and not even in the original packing.True I should have read the advert more thoroughly. But at the price the goods were advertised at I didn’t.I can only say don’t deal with them.

Product delivered but not as advertised. Drinking fountain came but without the spare filters( the product was advertised to come with 3 spare filters) I would not recommend them as cannot be trusted . Their reply was that the picture is showing just examples.I will not use them again

If I could rate it with NEGATIVE STARS I would!!!! This company is a total scam. I ordered a 4XL calming bed for my dog who was recovering from an injury and really could have used it. I ordered it on May 2, 2020....they had no problem charging my account 2 days later....numerous emails to them with what seemed like scripted responses and still no dog bed AND no refund....which by the way, they said they were unable to process a refund because my order was already in process and sent to the warehouse.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Do not be tempted to order from these people! Ordered my 2 3xl beds 12th May! Bulk standard response via email three times ‘warehouse are having difficulties, your order is in the process queue, order will be dispatched in 5-7 days, blah blah blah’. Despite requesting a customer service telephone number, so I can speak to an ‘actual person’ - no response!!! There is nothing ‘super’ about this set up!!! I have now raised a dispute with my bank and an investigation is well underway. I’m furious is an understatement!!!!

Placed an order May 24 for a trip I had planned to CA. It’s July 2nd and I’ve received nothing - will be leaving here in a week. Every time I email them to cancel my order and refund me because I will no longer be here to receive it they say “your order is in process and we have no shipping code yet.
