I wish I had read these reviews first

I wish I had read these reviews first. They completely missed the delivery and then the next day they told me that I would have to pay $30 more on top of what I already paid because they were having supply demand issues and they needed to outsource the order EVEN MORE than they already were to complete it. In what world is this ok?Luckily I found a local florist who saved the day and was way cheaper.

This is an absolute scam website

This is an absolute scam website. I ordered flowers and actually thought I was ordering them from a local florist, but that's my fault. They were supposed to be delivered the next day, there was in fact a reason I was wanting them delivered that day. I got a weird text message about low supplies of flowers, so I called them just to make sure that was a fake text and they just were hacked or something. Much to my surprise they told me that I need to pay an extra $50 for them to deliver the flowers that I had already ordered and paid for and they never delivered the flowers. I now have to contact the creditcard company. This is a Fake scam website!!!

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. Ordered on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. 10 phone calls, multiple promises, and three days later still nothing. Asked to cancel and refund my money. Was told it will take 24 hours. DO NOT USE.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with using Sunny Flower Delivery.I placed an order on Monday for a sympathy arrangement, and it was not delivered until the following day. During that time, I tried repeatedly to get in contact with someone. I was ignored multiple times through the chatbot with no responses. I called approximately 5–10 times, waiting around 15 minutes each time. Every time I finally reached “next in queue,” I was redirected to an automated system that required me to leave my phone number for a callback — which never happened.The only way I was able to reach a live human being was after stating I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. That should never be what it takes to get assistance.For the inconvenience, I was offered only a $5 credit. When the flowers were finally delivered the next day, the arrangement looked completely different from what I ordered. On top of that, the note did not even include my name, despite clearly filling it out in the order form.This was especially upsetting because the arrangement was meant for someone who had just lost a loved one. When you’re sending something meaningful during a sensitive time, reliability matters.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and will never use this company for flower delivery ever again. Proceed with caution.

Unsatisfactory

They asked for more money after I placed the order due to supplies. Then I get another email asking for more money. I replied and said I was not paying more than I get a call late in the day saying that they can’t deliver as promised until the next day. The balloon I paid $6 for was not part of the bouquet. They false advertise. Use a different business this one is disappointing.

Worst service ever!!

Worst service ever!!! I ordered "Vibrant Collection Basket" deluxe (a Lilly basket) $94.99+a card +tax+shipping/handling fees...paid $124It's for my friend who just lost her sister. I ordered on Feb 13 for the same day delivery. Notified on the order its for sympathy add a card with sympathy message…They didn’t deliver on the same day, when I called they said its delayed it will be there next day they promised. Because next day is valentines I was try to avoid the confusion…but I have no choice. But next day they delivered a dozen roses instead, UNBELIEVABLE! Noone in customer service told me when I called before the delivery that my order “Lilly basket” wasn’t available so to avoid more delay they DECIDED for me to change my order to a dozen roses to make it up. When I emailed customer service they apologized and offered 15% discount (would be about $10) I said I don’t want any money back I just want them make it right deliver what I ordered. Then they offered 30% discount said “this is maximum they can offer. ” I said it’s not acceptable they need to make it right! Then they offered 50% discount as a final offer. I didn’t accept. Report them to BBB

I love the option of online same-day delivery! My family is spread-out all across the county & your website makes it easy for me to send flowers, chocolates, balloons w/a teddy bear at anytime to anyone! The bouquets always turn out beautiful!

Awful Customer Service

I am writing to formally complain about this unprofessional company.The confirmation email I received included an order number that repeatedly showed as invalid whenever I attempted to track the delivery. Because I live outside the country, this created significant stress and uncertainty while trying to ensure the order would arrive on time.This delivery was extremely important. My sister had to put her dog down, and it meant a great deal to me that the flowers arrived the same day. I paid for expedited delivery with the clear expectation that this commitment would be honored. Not only was the order not delivered as promised, but I also received no communication informing me of the delay or failure.I attempted to resolve the matter by calling the customer support line. Their automated system stated that a live representative would contact me, yet I have received no follow-up. This lack of communication and failure to provide the paid service is unacceptable.The flowers were delivered two days after the expected delivery date, and they were not in the best shape. The overall experience, lack of customer support, lack of communication, etc., should be a huge red flag for future customers.

This is a dishonet and corrupt business!! I ordered treats for a cousin, he got out of the hospital early so I tried to contact them for a chance of address. They claimed someone would get back to me but never did Then I asked for a cancellation and that did happen either, in fact I never heard from the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!

Thanks for ruining the day.

You guys sent me a message saying that you guys were not going to be able to deliver it today until tomorrow and so I had to make another order somewhere else for it flowers to be delivered and if it wasn't for me having to call back and wait for 3 hours just to speak to someone for them to tell me that that email was wrong and that they will be able to deliver them today so now I'm just waiting to see if they can really be reliable or not but to be honest they just made me waste more money for nothing for their mistakes thanks for ruining the day again

Super service

We have family that live in Taos and have historically struggled with flower deliveries over the years. A situation arose where we wanted to send flowers, so we placed the order on Sunday evening and received notice that they were delivered first thing Monday morning. It couldn’t have gone smoother. Flowers were beautiful!

This was our company's first time using…

This was our company's first time using a local florist in PR as we are located in NYC. The delivery driver did a commendable job located our client's apartment and delivering the flowers to their door and even texted me/called to let us know the flowers were at the correct address and apartment. He went above and beyond! Thank you Sunny's Florist for making this a great experience! Our client loved the flowers!

Delivery error

Flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Initially they argued with me but then completely stopped responding. Even BBB attempted to intervene but they won’t respond to them either.
