They were great at customer support

They were great at customer support, and their product is top quality. My dog has allergies, and Sundays for Dogs was so supportive while I tried to find the best food for my dog. Unfortunately, my dog is highly sensitive to rich foods and wasn't able to tolerate Sundays for Dogs. Even though I couldn't use their product, they continued to give me exceptional customer service

Im on a fixed income and tried the food…

Im on a fixed income and tried the food for a special treat for my dog. I never read that there was an automatic sign up for more food. They then sent me a bag and charged $219!! Wow. Guess I’m gonna have to try the human grade food myself to make it through the month. They then said I could donate it to a shelter and they’d refund half the cost and were so proud of themselves they sent me a please review our solution link. I think they are heartless, privileged, people ignorant of any working class person.

Supply unreliable now

I’ve been using Sundays for almost a year now. The product is expensive (more than $200 per month) but I trusted their claims and my dog was going well on it. However, the big disappointment has been their supply issues now. It arrived a week late a couple of times so I had to supplement with kibble. My Jan 12 order was paid for but never shipped (it’s now Jan 30 and we ran out of Sundays 5 days ago). Their customer service apologized when zi contacted them almost a week ago and said they were “pivoting and shipping from a different facility and that I would get the tracking details”. 5 days later and no tracking details or no notification. They seem to be unable to supply the demand. If I can’t trust their supply, I have to cancel.

Deceptive Trade Practices: Falsified Delivery Data & Predatory Billing

Sundays for Dogs uses deceptive tactics to circumvent their "Money Back Guarantee." They denied my refund by claiming my trial was delivered on 12/28/25—which was actually the date the order was shipped. Tracking (397231804780) confirms delivery didn't occur until 1/6/26.Despite this, they unilaterally processed two full-priced "negative option" orders on 1/10/26, giving me a window of only four days to evaluate the product. As an attorney, I find their misrepresentation of shipping data and compressed billing cycles to be predatory and a violation of consumer rights. I am demanding a full refund for the trial and subsequent unauthorized orders. If not resolved immediately, I will be filing a formal complaint with the FTC and the State Attorney General. Prospective buyers: beware of these predatory practices.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I filled out their dogfood quiz and they recommended chicken for my dog, though I mentioned twice that the dog had a sensitive stomach. After paying an insane amount of money for the order, I get a text saying that my order has been shipped. Two days later, I get a text saying that I should have gotten turkey instead. So I tried to contact customer service. Apparently, after they get your money, they don’t want to talk to you. You either have to go through chat or jump through hoops to get to a live person. I was told that the order had not shipped, but was already packaged and I would get it anyway. As a courtesy they would refund my money because the quiz did not correlate with the text. Long story short, I never got my order. So I called again today. Had to jump through more hoops to talk to someone. Could not speak with a supervisor without first explaining myself to the person on the phone. Rather than speaking with a supervisor, she hangs up on me.This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Sadly, my dog will not be trying their products. But if their food is anything like their Customer Service, I think I dodged a bullet! Don’t waste your time or your money. They have no clue what’s going on there nor do they care! I will not waste my money with a company who does not have time to speak with me after they take it.

The switch to Sundays for Dogs was a good thing to do

The switch to Sundays for Dogs is mostly positive. Their website ordering still has some glitches to overcome…. My dog loves their food. I’m currently blending beef and chicken for a balance diet. She’s a picky eater but went for the chicken and beef with no problems.

Did not want standard kibble

Did not want my puppy to be raised on kibble. My 2 previous dogs ended up with liver and kidney issues and special diets. Wanted to do healthy earlier. She loves the food. And the customer service has been great. I also like that is a USA made product and doesn’t require special handling which makes travel easier.

The website is to Vauge!

The website is to confusing and very vague! They are not specific in the amount of ounces of dog food you’re getting or how long it’s gonna last. They don’t let you order the amount that you want they tell you how much you need for this reason I’m unsatisfied and will never buy.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, made my dog incredibly sick, and would not provide a refund for a subscription I didn't even sign up for.

Not the best customer service....

I ordered food for both my dogs on Dec 18th. I was traveling during the holidays and decided to try the food for both my dogs when I returned from vacation on January 2nd. On Jan 7th, I reported that one of my dogs did not digest the food well and threw up multiple times. The other dog's stool was very soft. I asked for a refund, and I would return several bags that were unopened. They did not offer me a refund for the one dog with the loose stool and gave me a 50% discount on the dogs with the digestive issues. They claim I only had 14 days to get back to them for a full refund. Given the holidays, I don't think this is a great customer experience and would suggest finding another provider.

Too fatty

Generally this boutique food is okay in terms of ingredients. What I don’t like is the high fat content. Pancreatitis is a common result of small batch specialty dog food like this - and I would be extremely cautious if considering switching entirely. I use the food as a topper or a reward and my dog loves the taste - but this week she’s been vomiting to an alarming degree and is being screened for, you guessed it, pancreatitis. She otherwise has low fat treats when training (no cheese tax in this household) so nothing else accounts for it.

My dog has very sensitive stomach and…

My dog has very sensitive stomach and all the foods that I fed him gave him diarrhea. I tried Farmers Dog (which he loved) but same thing diarrhea. Then I tried can food. Same thing diarrhea. Now on Sundays his poop is soft normal. Lance is a Sheltie so he is picky eater. Dry he ate a couple of days but then I had to add water with a little chicken broth. Now he is a happy dog.

Sundays for Dogs' shipping and…

Sundays for Dogs' shipping and fulfillment is terrible! It takes days for an order to process. Then they ship FedEx, but not 1 day or 2 day. My order left the warehouse on 12/18 and was "scheduled" to be delivered on 12/22 via "FedEx". Delivery date now scheduled for 12/23. Not having an accurate delivery date for our 4-legged babies is unacceptable. I recognize this is the holidays, but this is the second time this has happened!! Shipping and logistics are so bad I would cancel the subscription if my dog didn't like the food so much. Very disappointed.

My Labradoodles adjusted extremely easy…

My Labradoodles adjusted extremely easy to the new food. I have tried other foods like this before however, it gave them very bad stomach issues like diarrhea. I decided to give this brand a chance since my cousin uses it not only do the dogs love it, but the packaging is amazing. I just love how it seals closed. I know that seems like something stupid but when you’re in a hurry to be able to close it fast really comes in handy. They never leave any food left in the bowl and I’m happy to give them quality dog food that is delivered right at the front door.

Don’t Sign Up for Sundays for Puppies

After extensively researching food for our new puppy, we landed on Sundays. Although we clearly indicated she was a puppy on the questionnaire, Sundays recommended a feeding regime that appears to be for a small adult dog. Our puppy has been voracious and has needed far more food than was recommended. This is the only food I have ever seen (including kibble and raw) where the schedule doesn’t recommend feeding a puppy more than an adult does. Particularly during their rapid growth periods and considering their high activity levels, they generally need far more calories. Given this, it is far too expensive to feed Sundays and we are having to switch our puppy to another food. On the plus side, our dog liked the food.

She loves the products

She loves the products. Our only concern is it’s expensive. Is there any other budgets available for handicap indigent people? Turkey is her favorite! Gobbling it right up! So cute to watch a Blue nose Pitty enjoy every bit. Thanks and Happy Holidays!!!

Minnie’s new food

Ordering is very easy and Minnie loves her food. I’m just finishing up trial bag of beef and so far so good. I love the convenience of a dry food.

We love Sundays

My dog loves this product. She is one year old and I'm thinking a life on Sundays will be great for her. Service is great, response full of information and in a timely manner. Thanks for being there Andy and Hazel
