DONT DO IT DONT BE SORRY YOU DID NOT…

DONT DO IT DONT BE SORRY YOU DID NOT LISTEN OR UNDERSTAND THESE REVIEWS YOUR LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS FOR A REASON On Feb 22,2023 I purchased 2 cars from Sablime auto leaving there lot that day spending over 5000 dollars for both down payments and full coverage insurance on both cars expected to return in two weeks with more money towards down payment of one of the cars. After having my car for 6 days I put my foot in break and engine would turn off and. Steering wheel would lock contacted Sablime auto right away but could not speak to the guy that sold me the car sam had to speak to Adam or k that were no help besides calling to ask about the remaining balance on my car that turns off and wheel locks. All they said is I cant beleave this is happening your w loyal customer I’m gonna help you I send cars to best machanic in town guaranteed what a joke they are guaranteed to get your money and sell you a money pit that’s no way worth the amount of money you pay into it long story short I traded on my first car and once again given a lemon and have no car to drive having to get Lyft to work because the car they in house financed me for got stolen and never recovered and my cars broke down but I’m still having to pay on but can’t drive . Very upset and this is just. The. Beginning cause they can’t continue to contuct business like this and get away with it

First car u got from them didn't pass… second car sold for higher price than dated ad price

First car u got from them didn't pass smog twice, I wanted my 5000 down payment returned to me, No was Their response you said you liked Honda so you are buying this or nothing cuz you are not getting your money back in the end I found out they had sold me a Honda for 17000 when their ad had it listed for 15499. I wanted the contract voided and them to return my money for Dealer Fraud so far they have refused but this isn't over. They have a reputation for dealing dirty with women who are vulernable and young people. Think twice before you deal with these people. Check out BBB.

sublime auto and lobel financial-partners in crime

My granddaughter went to sublime auto. her salesman was Sam. she purchased a 2014 Ford Kia. I asked her to have the car looked at by my mechanic but this dealership said there was no need to because their mechanic already looked at it and it had no problems. Within 3 weeks the head gasket blew. i called the company and they said this has never happened before and they will help but only if my granddaughter Jennifer would make that first payment. This was an effort to put the problem on the finance company. This way they didn't have to pony up for the "mistake" they just made. The finance company, Lobel financial, was just as shady. The dealership said "at least we signed her up for the best insurance" and so the repairs should be mostly paid for. The insurance company was very nice and legitimate. They explained that the best package only covered $ 1000 of the repairs. My granddaughter took it to the Kia dealership and found out there was no hope for the car at all!!! This model had a recall on the whole engine!! In the meantime, the finance company acted like they understood the problem and help her. They repossessed the car (she could not pay for a car sitting in her parking lot. By this time we had tried numerous times to get Sublime auto to honor their agreement but they kept making excuses until the 30 day warranty was gone). Once Lobel repossessed the car they said they will help my granddaughter but she had to pay $ 3,000 in repo fees. So now we have a car that wont work, a dealership that is shady, and a financial institution all trying to get my granddaughter to pay for the car she drove less than 3 weeks. Well she cannot and this little "sting" operation has sent her to collections. Her credit will be ruined. It was definitely a "bait and switch". This experience is also my own genuine experience because i talked to the car dealership and tried to get them to honor their agreement for my granddaughter. The dealership kept pushing the agenda of her getting help AFTER she made the first payment (and was officially someone else problem). I talked to them about the insurance that only covered $ 1000 of repairs. And yes, my granddaughter ask for my help and i have also helped her financially when she was saving to buy this lemon of a car. Next we are going to the BBB and the Attorney General to complain about this fraud1. no need to take your car to get looked at by another mechanic, there is nothing wrong with the car2. we have a good insurance that will pay for most her repairs3. she has to make the first payment before we can help her4. sure we will help you. Before we do you must pay us $ 3,000 in repo fees..on and on
