My order came fast and the quality is great. One thing—a clearance item was one short, but they actually emailed me to let me know and said they'd adjust the price. I really appreciated the honesty and communication. Would order again!

Website said the straps were black but…
Website said the straps were black but they came with a yellow thread running up the center of the strap. No mention of this in the description. I mentioned that to the lady that processed my RMA and she said "oh yeah, that's good feedback". They waived my restocking fee but I had to pay for shipping both ways. It cost me $20 to give them a good idea and I got nothing. Better service elsewhere imo.

I received the wrong color
I received the wrong color. I emailed to see if I could return the rolls I received in the wrong color but after two days have not yet heard back. The ordering process was good though.

Fast work and high quality
Once I placed my order, I would have liked an estimate for when they would be ready. However they came quickly and the straps were perfect. Very high quality materials and workmanship. Will definitely use Strapworks again - they get my highest recommendation.

The bundle deals are great, used it for webstraps and cord-keepers.

Not your same old online supplier.
A lot of times when you order parts and pieces online people take their time. Someone finally writes the order. The warehouse guy picks it up in a couple of days and pulls the order. The shipping department gets the order ready for the once-a-week freight company visit for pick up. Why rush? They have your money! And....in a week and a half you may get your product. Strapworks isn't that supplier. In 3 days I had my product! That's the kind of service a customer appreciates. Thanks Strapworks! I'll be ordering again.

Tubular webbing is wearing out too quickly
I was so excited when I found strapworks. I always prefer to buy direct from a company rather than from Amazon. I wanted to love the product but I am disappointed. My dogs are lucky to have land where they can run off leash but for emergency situations they pull long lines, for which I have had great luck with tubular webbing. Because they are very active over time the end gets "fuzzy" and wrinkled, which increases the chances that they will get caught, at which point I make them a new line. This is usually after many, many months of use. However after a month of use the webbing from strap works is starting to look like a line I used for over a year, and is much more worn than one I have used for many months.
