InMotion V14 Pro - Review
Purchased my first EUC which ended up being the V14 Pro. Personally weighing at about 210 lbs, I wanted n EUC with more headroom than I needed to avoid any type of cut out (despite the beep warnings). I'll also never push this wheel to its limits of 50 mph or extreme hill climbing abilities, but again wanted as much headroom in the speed and torque to stay safe for my purposes and the V 14 pro fit this bill. First impressions. It's an absolutely beautiful machine and is extremely well built, assembled and looks very refined. I love the way it looks. From a riding stand point, I know a lot of people will say this shouldn't have been my first EUC, but coming from a background of wake surfing, wake boarding snow skiing and Onewheeling, I figured that it couldn't be all that different... I was wrong lol! It's different, but in the best way possible. After putting on all my safety gear, I started off riding in between my truck and garage using them as "guard rails" to start off. After about 15 times back and forth, I knew I needed to leave the comfort of my guard rails and venture out into the open so down the driveway and into the street I went. I made it and actually started cruising around 9 to 12 mph around my subdivision successfully eventually working my way up to 20 mph. This thing has a completely different skill set than anything else I was accustomed to and I'm happy it does. It's a completely different challenge and one I look forward to putting in the time to acquire the skills needed to safely progress up the ladder. Is is heavy? Maybe, but I don't have anything else to compare it to in my situation, so to me it's just the way it is. It has the specs to do way more than I'll ever choose to push towards, but again that's what I wanted for safety sake. I got a family and although I like my hobbies and activities, I don't like taking dumb chances, hence the over spec'd out machine for my needs. I love this thing, enjoy the challenge of learning the new skill and can't wait to keep on building on my experience. Life is short, get the wheel!

Great company. I’ve bought 2 EUCs from them and are planning a 3rd and maybe 4th.

Five stars for InMotion
Five stars for InMotion. Their electric unicycles are top-tier, but what really sets them apart is their amazing customer support. They are professional, knowledgeable, and provide exceptionally fast response times. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing the company stands firmly behind their products. Thank you for the great experience!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, by phone and Wifi connection directly to the machine, during a holiday week. My machine sat unused for over a year, and locked itself out for safety. After a reset by the technician, I ran the battery down to 5% and then charged to 100%. I got my full original range back. V11 rules.

Truly the best experience!collaboration…
Truly the best experience!collaboration with INMOTION client service is best🙌they try to finding solutions TOGETHER, and doing it quickly!👍i had some troble with other brand wheel i have,so it took weeks until i get clear answer,And I couldn't do anything to my wheel at that time, Don't touch anything and just wait😬but John,(Guy from INMOTION😅)He Told me I could take action myself and just take my unit in parts🙌😁While INMOTION was doing them job.Itry to say that I like their way of solving problems👍 it need's to be start solving now, and both parties are involved. It's good to be part of the process and not just wait🙄IT'S SIMPLE AS THAT🙌👍Just sending the wheel to the manufacturer and waiting for it to be fixed isn't a bad strategy either🤗 for some people🙄but not for me😬🤯I was told what data they wanted from me, and I was able to disassemble the wheel while INMOTION did them part of this job.. the v13 is my first wheel from Inmotion, but even my experience with their products is very small today,i can say that the V13's build quality is extremely good🙌it just crazy how durable it is🤯it's build like a tank, but actually it is a spaceship🛸🙌😅.The materials that INMOTION chosen for make V13 and engineering solutions really made this unit An extraordinary product. It's so complex but at the same time simple, everything is repairable,You don't need any knowledge to disassemble it. Everything at the designed is so smart👍that even with both left hands you won't be able to damage anything on it.Repairing this machine is really very simple and convenient. This is one more branch where V13 gives u a complete feel of confidence.not only on the rode but even on workshop table👍As I mentioned, I'm completely new to Inmotion products and customer policies, but so far my experience has been really positive about everything I've experienced with Inmotion👍INMOTION team are doing a really good job there👍I am grateful to them for all the good emotions I experienced with my v13.For me,and I'm 100% sure it's many other like me, it's meit's not just a way move Freely and unrestrainedly, EUC is a real therapy😅it was that from first time i stand on my first wheel, but V13 It really changed my life, I swear, that freedom feelings it gave me is something special,It's hard to describe.🤯the possibility look at things in my life differently.the ways I was never look at it before...I want to believe that all EUC riders have feeling like i have, or at least a similar😉i really appreciate the way which INMOTION go when making them products🫶 for peoples like me,It's more than a wheel.. When you can completely trust it and not think about it,just relax🫠 there can be no compromise in the reall feeling of freedom🙌🛸🙌🙌 I give 4⭐of5⭐..In my opinion, INMOTION is a reliable company,so I feel completely safe trusting them with my life when I'm flyong my on V13.even after crash I am calm, inmotion has earned my trust.I'm really cant wait until i can finaly trying out the P6. And I think that I'm not sure if I'd be as confident and as excited about unit Who can reach such high speed if it would be made a company like for example begode.its hard to found video where inmotion wheels get cutoff, but is so many video which begode wheels doing that🫣🤔any way,im trust inmotion, and i can Definitely recommend them to everyone who already rides and those who are just thinking about it.But maybe just don't know which wheel to start with.

InMotion V12S changed my life
InMotion V12S changed my life. It's basically my car because I commute to work daily. Didn't think I'd use the sound system but now I can't do without it. A thousand miles in I became proficient in standing and seated riding including the transition between. Learned on a V8S which I still use for neighborhood grocery trips.

A quick response to a question about a new product that hasn’t yet been officially launched and released yet .. and I totally understand that Inmotion wishes to keep its details quiet until the official announcement is made …….

I dropped my P6 loading it into my car, causing technical issues. I went through the emotion app for technical support. They responded immediately, and I was up and running in no time great experience.

I gave them a 4 star
I gave them a 4 star because the end result was a happy ME!!! But not without a moment of desperation and frustration. I love their products and not so much their customer service

Makes a great gift
We got the climber as a Christmas gift for our son, and he was thrilled. I was looking for something built sturdy. Didn't want any speed wobbles or shoddy craftsmanship, and someone directed me to the climber. So far with ~100 miles on it already, it's been great. I've tested it a few times, and have no worries about it's build quality (And I'm a picky mountain bike rider). The app works well, it has plenty of power (too much for him on the high setting, so we keep it on low until he's ready), and it feels like something that could last him into college since the battery system has a BMS. Great job to the Inmotion team for this build. I rarely write reviews, but you all earned it. Keep it up!

i purchased my v11y on black friday
i purchased my v11y on black friday. received it and really enjoyed riding it. About 2 weeks after I purchased it, the part of the charger that plugs into the machine broke. I had purchased the two year warranty and called inmotion. Their customer service sucked. I sent them pictures and explained what happened. I fully expected the situation to be handeled quickly and professionally but I got the exact opposite reaction. After I explained that I purchased the warranty and that the charger is covered they agreeded to send me a new charger. But it was said with sarcasim and that they were going to order it from China. It has been 2+ weeks now and I have not heard anything from them or from china. I still get there sale advertisements but no word on my warranty, or when I can expect the new charger to arrive. I am highly dissapointed with the customer support but love the machine that I cant charge. I am going to purchase a charger from ebay. I have owened a one wheel XR (name brand skate board) since 2019 which I am using for transport anyeard fun and have logged over 30000 miles on it. When the sensors in the foot pad of that machine failed the company found me somebody locally to repair it for under 150$. I still ride it today. I am 62 years old and use the machine to grocery shop and run errands and in the evenings just for enjoyment around the neighborhood.

12/31/2025I received another email from Inmotion today. They said they were glad I was able to fix the issue. Following that they sent me a rating email. I have attached my answer so you understand why I rate them so low. I had to make a separate entry as this comment would have exceeded Trustpilot's character length.I don’t request support often and am usually able to resolve issues using your documentation, but that becomes difficult when the documentation is incomplete or inaccurate. The most egregious issue, however, is that a competent technical support representative should have recognized that all of my cron and PHP problems were due to your server implementations. Passing the blame to my “customizations” was both unprofessional and insulting.I was able to identify a workaround for the cron issue on my own. Describing the solution as “custom” because it involved adding a redirection to the mail command to specify a valid From address—required due to your system’s current email filtering behavior—seems inappropriate and reflects a lack of understanding of its configuration.Had I not read an article on PHP’s own website, I would not have known about .user.ini. This mechanism was implemented by PHP over ten years ago, and I would reasonably expect your technical support to be aware of it. One of the key reasons .user.ini was introduced was to provide per-user configuration in shared hosting environments, which is the type of hosting I use. It is also commonly used in conjunction with PHP-FPM, which is the PHP handler implemented by InMotion. Had your technician simply stated that your servers use .user.ini for per-user PHP configuration, or had this information been included in your shared hosting documentation, I could have resolved the issue when I first set up the site—which is how long I have been waiting for a solution.I understand that your customer support staff likely follow a script, so if the script is not well designed, some failures are understandable. However, your support team should still possess basic administrative knowledge of Linux and how your system implements services such as PHP and mail cron. They should also have the ability to escalate or consult with higher-level technical staff when necessaryIf you notice the reply from their "ambassador" in the original review the author never takes ownership of the issue (neither did the second technician) They never suggest that they will review their documentation or improve the ability for a technician to get recent (albeit 10 years ago information) or take any other steps to make certain these issues will not happen again. Their reply is designed to cover their .... and hopefully placate the customer. My site is not completely live so that has saved me and even though I purchased 3 years and I am on the first year of hosting as soon as I finish testing the current workflow and design, I am moving my site as well as the five other sites I help administer. (Check out kualo and their reviews).I should be honest and tell you the first tech who looked into the issue had the integrity to say they did not know what was going on. Good for him. Inmotion this tech should be the rule in customer service not the exception

First wheel V11 lezgo!
Packaged really well so no damage upon delivery. Definitely follow the instructions and inflate the shocks both upper and lowers before the first ride. Save a few ankle impacts and small bruises, I am riding my very first EUC and it is amazing! Always wanted to learn from the first moment a saw one! I purchased my V11 as my first wheel because I felt I would use all the extra features as time went on so I purchased the larger model right out of the gate, so far I feel it was the right decision for me. I have a lot of hills and urban streets around me so I wanted the extra power and suspension for my area. I can’t wait to get better and go much further! Thank you INMOTION for making such a great product!
