I'd give them zero stars if I could. If you dont want people asking for refunds quit saying the same excuse of items being on backorder, it takes 4-6 weeks, yadda, yadda, yadda. I ordered a license plate cover on 9/15 and where is it? On backorder still? Crazy work. Typically, I'm not a rude person, but whoever is answering the emails at their place needs to be fired. We're the ones who shouldn't attempt to order on the site again? Take our money but dont fullfill on your end in a timely fashion. Scam, scam, scam. Get out of here SFM.

I ordered and paid a month ago for merchandise not received. I’ve tried to call, phone not answered and no return calls, I’ve emailed without response. I read previous reviews and decided to cut my losses. I called credit card company to dispute charge today. Do not use this poor excuse for a company.

Ordered a game day buffalo helmet from them on October 3rd, then a day or two later received an email claiming it takes 4-6 weeks to fulfill the order because it’s on back order. Sent an email to them inquiring about the order at the beginning of November and they said it takes 4-6 weeks. Today, (nov 21) I sent an email requesting a refund, and they said they issued the refund and to not attempt to order from their website again. Avoid this scam company.

Terrible serviceOrdered a mailbox cover then shortly after my order was placed and card was charged they emailed it was on back order. Still over 3 months later supposedly still on back order. When I ask for a status and why if they didn't have the product did they let me order they emailed back "back order had been canceled - DO NOT attempt to order from our site again" VERBATIM. Do not recommend this company at all!!

Dallas Cowboys wallet
I ordered a Dallas Cowboys wallet. When the wallet arrived the tag was removed and placed inside the wallet and the zipper was broken. I immediately contacted them to initiate a return of the wallet. Mind you I was not asking for a refund only a credit. I returned the wallet to the company at my expense . While I waited on my credit I went ahead and purchased another wallet and paid for it. Several weeks later they contacted me and said my return did not meet the requirements for a return and that they don’t warranty products that they sell. They actually accused me of purchasing the wallet and exchanged it with the broken wallet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I would go lower but it wasn’t available. They took my money and didn’t deliver the goods. Had to contact them after a month to find out what the problem was. Finally admitted they couldn’t fill the order placed in September but made no effort to refund. Then had the adacity to ask that I not order from them again. I won’t nor should you! These people are frauds!

Placed my order and beyond the initial email have not heard anything on my order in several days. I called to speak with a representative...no answer. I emailed for an update...no answer.How long is too long for a company to take your money and not render the service, or even give the courtesy of an update? Well, don't ask Sports Fans Merchandise because they DO NOT know the answer to any of those questions.

Terrible customer service. Ordered an item that didn’t state back order. They said I can cancel for a refund so I did. Then when I said I can order something else. They said I won’t be able to order anymore due to California accords. There is no such thing that exists. Terrible customer service and now they’re ignoring my emails when I asked them to elaborate.

Do not order from this website! Order was never sent when I emailed about it I was told it was on backorder (never advised of that) and was told it would be 4-6 weeks. After 6 Weeks I emailed again to ask for an update - I received an email back stating to "never attempt to order from their website again"....and they cancelled the order. I am not sure why I was asked to never attempt to order from them again - because I asked for an update?? Clearly this is not a reputable company.

Ordered an item. Never received an email regarding item status. Reached out to Customer Service and they stated the item was on back order. It wasn’t on back order when I purchased the item. They tried to argue with me that it was. I wouldn’t have purchased the item if it had been back ordered. I would have just bought it off Amazon. I asked for a refund. They were incredibly rude and told me to never buy from their website again. As if that was supposed to hurt me in some way. 😂

Permanent Backorder - No Response With Refund Request
It seems I had same experience as several others. My order was placed last November. While at the the time it specified on backorder, it was still estimated to arrive by Christmas. I have followed up several times with same “it’s on backorder” responses. In each of those emails they responded so quickly and advised they would refund me asap if wanted. It seemed like such a special gift for my Mom so I held out hope. I’ve sent over five requests to cancel both via chain and their website for weeks now…no response after refund request. I usually don't write reviews but had to help reiterate when so many others experienced the same.

Avoid this company. Absolutely terrible. I tried contacting them to no avail. They only sent a message that order was on back order. It was supposed to be a Christmas Gift! and as of july 4th I have not received any response. I finally requested a refund 2 months ago on May 9th to my card and have not received anything. Beware!! Beware!! do not order from Sports Fan Mechandise. The item was a mini Detroit Lions mini helmet. Terrible company to deal with.

Disappointing Return Policy, Limited OptionsI recently purchased San Diego Padres Camp Chair (poor quality for the price) from Sports Fans Merchandise , unfortunately, needed to return it. However, I was surprised to find that the return options were very limited. The process was not user-friendly, and I wasn’t given reasonable alternatives to send the item back. I ask if they can send a return label to send the item back and deduct shipping charges from my credit, they said NO, I ask for a physical address to send back product via UPS, they said NO Only USPS to a PO box address, to send it UPS it was going to cost me 13 dlls.. the only choice they gave me is to send it USPS and this was costing me 30.00 dlls I reached out to customer service, but the responses were not helpful in resolving the issue. A more flexible return policy or clearer communication about return options would improve the customer experience.If you’re considering buying from this merchant, I recommend reviewing their return policies carefully to avoid unexpected difficulties. at this point I just decided to keep the chair, Never again will I buy from this company..
