One-star review.The product was incorrectly labeled and could not be used on my 2023 Indian Chief Dark Horse. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the seller insisted they were right and refused to take responsibility.When everything is fine, they seem great — but when a real issue happens, their attitude can be completely different. Based on my experience, I will not purchase from this seller again.
Wish I could give negative stars. The picture showed all 6 items of a set of frame sliders for my motorcycle. It costed 30$ just for shipping for a box the size of a box of tissue. Then when it showed it wasn't complete and they said we'll in the picture it says items or size may very. But no where in there are they willing to write what the package contains.... zero stars and you lost my business. I'll order from any other place before here from now on. 0 stars Chris...

First I would give a negative five if I could. BAIT AND SWITCH masters!!! Don't buy anything online from this morally bankrupt company Bought "new" tires. Got three year old new tires not made in 2025, not made in 2024, but made the EARLY 2023. First the manufacturer warranty for these tires starts at date of manufacture not date of purchase, so six months to a year old is fine. Time eats tires as rubber degrades with time.This is for a classic Harley that will go to shows and local outings and not use up tires like a touring bike that gets lots of miles. The tires these are replacing aged out and tread depth is fine , but as the sidewalls are showing age and are now cracking. Normal new tires up to a year old means 20 percent of the warranty that you pay for is gone. After this point price adjustment becomes needed. It is HORRIBLE that HALF of the manufacturer defect warranty is gone and tire is just getting mounted. What starts out as a fair deal slides straight into "Bait and Switch" and because tires degrade with age the six years the manufacturer will stand behind these tires is half used up GONE, and the drop dead must change at ten years is 30 percent gone at time of purchase and this abnormally high age was NOT DISCLOSED UP FRONT. STG more than likely buy these old new tires at significant discounts and will sell them to you as new for a what appears to be a reasonable price IF they were actually manufactured at any date in 2025. The price quickly becomes unreasonable upon delivery and the SURPRISE shows up. The two tires cost me 339 dollars and STG will take them back (at a cost to me to return them of 50 dollars as surely their return policy is disclosed up front). Too bad they aren't honest enough to disclose the very high age for a new tire prior to shipping them and being exposed to the high return costs. This is a sleezebag strategy. NONSENSE. WOW Standard Industry practice they will tell you. REALLY?This is far and away the oldest new tires I've ever gotten! BY A HUGE MARGIN. In fact the oldest new tires I've ever received in the large amount of new tires I have purchased were less than six months old when mounted BUT up to a year old is just fine. So much for STG's standard industry practice deflection. They've successfully pawned off their age degraded inventory on me knowing that most customers are not going to pay astronomical shipping return costs and keep them. This company is pure SLEEZE ! LIVE AND LEARN Only buy new tires by learning before paying for them the date of manufacture whether buying online or in person or be faced with high return costs and delivery of SURPRISE three year old new tires.

Everytime I have called to order, it's always been great! Often I get the MotoA rider Max Van on the phone too. Otherwise, I get people who speak good English, and know Motorcycles, etc. They are always polite and the orders ship promptly! Win-WinAnd Brian Vans product reviews/installation videos are excellent too! Some of them very funny too- the ones titled: 'You just can't make this sh*t up'!
They shipped the item - its clearly the wrong size - you request a return - they send an email that it was approved - then nothing crickets - you email and call their number says their family owned - well in my opinion that's a family feud as no one speaks to one another - I call in speak with max of using a different number (586) 786-0911 - they appear to be out of here - 56844 Mound Rd Shelby Twp, MI 48316-4943 - then they say we don't offer the 9.95 return labels for tires - then why offer it - and send an email asking you to look in your email in the spam folder top find nothing - I had to play investigative work - this is a company that does not follow through ships incorrect product and then doesn't offer a way in which you can return it based of their instructions - which was approved by them mind you - this is a scam - and very unprofessional company - don't buy from them - pay more and buy elsewhere - you'll thank me - their ridiculous - Jimmie Gonzalez -
Thank you for your wonderful exhibition, but I have a reservation regarding the shipping time. The shipment took a long time to arrive. I hope you add other methods of delivery, such as FedEx or Aramex. I think it will be faster than local mail. greetings to you all.
Be Careful ordering from them!! They carry a good bit of items for bikes and I have placed several orders here but they got me the first time on a Graves servo eliminator that kept setting code after installing but I was not able to ride the bike over the winter and it was a few months after purchasing so I just told them no biggie I would eat that $70 as I waited too long and its an electrical part, fast forward to this year.... Bought a set of Lightech Chain adjusters from them as nobody else in the USA seemed to carry them, Got them and took out of the box and first thing is axle insert was on the wrong side but the biggest thing is the end facing away from the rear wheel was toed out which would make the axle nut mating surface not flat (absolutely should not be that way) but they said sorry we see the pictures but we ask our supplier and they said it is definitely the correct ones for your bike and since you fit to the bike already your stuck with them. So I emailed Revzilla and ask them why they dont offer them for the 2023 MT09 SP and they said they dont make them for my bike! go figure! DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE FOLKS, this company does not stand behind anything they sell when something is not right!
They don’t care. I purchased an item and I received a different color. Even though on the website picture shows a specific color (Red wheels) I received bright orange color. Immediately contact them and they said I am more than welcome to return the item but I will have to pay for shipping. Even though I didn’t even open it. Just saw the color through the paper wrap. I just received a “You are welcome to do that if you wish.” answer when o told you I will open a dispute. I purchased this overpriced item just for the color, So if you have a White bike with red wheels and want to match your bike, this is not the stand for you.

The experience I had with Sport Bike Track gear was amazing. I place an order for a Healtech TU002 and the speed in which I got it was AWESOME!! The process was so simple and easy. Made my purchasing experience AAAA+ I see myself ordering from them again. My wife will not be happy but I will have a big smile on my face ;)
They had really fast shipping and the products when arrived were packaged well with no issues. Enjoyed the ability to watch the YouTube review first before buying and reading the reviews.
