So, sunrise medical made a mistake on a wheelchair frame ( wheelchair ) that I purchased from sported.. had certainly been a while as I had that chair in storage and found a mistake “ Gwen IT Manager “ was able to get me a replacement free of charge. After all, they did make a mistake… she held the candle to that place, and made it right ! I will definitely be going back to them to buy my next wheelchair. The customer service is very good here and this is where I buy my wheelchair parts… also, when you write Gwen an email she gets back to you right away every time , thank you very much again, Gwen ! 🏆🏆🏆

Sportaid are awesome. After losing my Roho LTV on a flight to Sydney, I got on a cruise ship to Hawaii wondering what to do. I contacted Sportaid and they were able to get me a replacement cushion and ship it to my hotel in Honolulu. I am so grateful to Megan and the Sportaid team. Thanks.

Under chair pouches easily tear and break
I have purchased sportaid under chair bags (pouches) before but this experience was terrible. I bought 2 pouches directly on the sportaid website. The first bag lasted less than a month before the clasp ripped clean off from the bag. The second one lasted 5 months before the same thing happened, in addition to there being a large tear in the fabric of the pouch. Would not recommend these pouches.

They sell stuff that isn't available and don't contact you that it isn't available. I had to contact them after waiting. I contacted to cancel and got a brusk - (not exact words) ok, we aren't able to get those anyways. Why do they have them for sale on their sites. I won't shop here.
