Technology has always been my greatest challenge—cell phones, computers, and smart televisions are things I avoid at all costs. I recently started a business and needed a website, I was terrified when Stephen, my website creator, asked me to download pictures, create files, and set up a Facebook page and LinkedIn account. Stephen was incredibly professional and patient. He walked me through each process step by step and, wherever possible, took care of tasks himself. He created policies and other website necessities I didn’t even know I needed, all while keeping me involved in every step.
