Sparkly Trees are Frauds
I ordered two flower products from this company 2 weeks ago. They stated that the delivery window was 3 to 5 days. I have received nothing. Their tracking mechanism utilizes a third party software which requires downloading. From that point, you are trapped with the additional 3rd party crap like PDF View and other crap just to see tracking updates. I've tried, unsuccessfully, to reach out to them by email several times. They post no phone number anywhere. It came to the point that I had to cancel payment through my bank. Sparkly Tree are complete frauds.

Got wrong product
Delivery took 1 month to Norway. A disappointment when we disovered they didn´t send the product we ordered, but another version. We got the "Sunshine Pearls (36 bulbs)- Golden metallic finish" instead of the "Spirit Tree (108 bulbs)- Silver metallic finish". Though, the product seems ok, and we liked it so we kept it.
