I was skeptical
I was skeptical seeing the FB ad. You never know what is a scam nowadays. Well, I thought it can’t hurt. If it’s a fraud I’ll just notify my cc company and they will deal with it. So I ordered a pair and within 3 weeks it arrived. I was so impressed with the quality. Just to prove how good the quality was I had to flatten the eq on my Aviom and turn the master volume from 7 to 4. After a couple months I decided to bless my worship leaders with a pair this past week. I’m excited to hear what they have to say. The shopping experience, shipping and customer service from Ethan was second to none. Thank you Soundbrenner for preventing me from buying yet another pair of “just another” pair of in ear monitors.

Impressed with Wave in-ear monitors; great value
Admittedly, I took a chance in ordering the Wave in-ear monitors (earphones) because I was unfamiliar with the company and product and saw repeated ads on social media for it, but the cost was relatively modest. I was pleasantly surprised with these in-ear monitors (packaging was very good) and in particular, the quality of the sound was excellent, especially given the cost. I like a balanced sound, but with pronounced (not heavy or overly heavy) bass that you can hear, and these in-ear monitors delivered on that. An excellent value. I've gone through Bose, Etymotic, Shure (SE425 and SE535), and Sennheiser (IE 600) earphones and the sound quality from the Wave in-ear monitors were as good as the top level models for Shure and Sennheiser. The design/construction of the cord was very different than what I was used to, but I like it. The only drawback is that the fitting of the cord around my ears gets painful after a while, so more flexibility would be great. The next test is longevity and whether these in-ear monitors will last.

We very happy to recieve back this important time scale piece. My insured item needed time and this is a new replacement core 2 Steel. We have been patient with the process and patience pays off. The team at Soundbrenner, are decent, uplifting, valuable and wonderful people in esteem. ( Thank you Ethan… ) ( and for enough dialogue through the insurance process!) The product is actual top quality. Owning product value with weight, grit and commercial value high here. Its charismatic, it owns charm and here where styled, appretiated too. It gives grace to time, moving many mountains to mustard seeds. Anyhow this is a insurance model repair, and i suggest everyone insure, as a stitch in time, is a stich saved nine. We are satisfied, i hope Soundbrenner here at this end and completion are too! Again thank you Soundbrenner for a decent new product. One love from us Down Under. Excellent fit and sound
I play bass and sing in a grunge and pop-punk band. I’ve been using them for around 4 months now. I bought the Soundbrenner Wave IEMs to replace some Bose earbuds I was using and these sound great, the fitment of the buds with the foam tips have worked the best for me. I typically am all over the stage and sometimes off the stage and they never fall out. The sound quality is crisp and clear and they never distort. I use them with the XVive U4 wireless IEM pack and it’s a great way to go.

I own a pair of shure 425’s. I purchased the IEM headphones so I can compare the difference. I am a drummer and use IMS only. It’s important to have good kick drum tone in a headphone. The Soundbrenner headphone was as good if not better perhaps the price. I would highly recommend them.

These earphone/buds are a massive game changer to the music and the gaming industry! The sound quaility is simply sublime and I would most definately recommend this product to musoc lovers and gamers alike. The clarity is phenomenal, if never heard anything as crisp and clear, that saying ive dabbled in a lot of different listening devices in the past, from military applications to civilian efforts. Please don't just take my word.for it, please do sample these and i cannot guarentee more, you will not regret your life choices in this product. If you want to apply to the gaming aspect, you will require the microphone set up and the cost doesn't break the bank, nor does the cost of the main product. Having purchased numerous items from Soundbrenner, I have found that their inspiration to create needed products for musicians or others who need solutions for audio has greatly benefitted me. It began innocent enough: my Pulse had a good life for several years but I need a new metronome with a tactile timing cue. The Core 2 Steel Limited Edition was my choice. Although it didn't instantly pair to my Pixel Pro phone, Ethan and Sara stayed with me in support while we sorted out the proper settings. If I disconnect my phones Bluetooth, it still requires several reboots of my phone and the Core 2 to again establish a connection but that's not really much of an issue. I've since purchased a set of Wave IEMs, then Wave Pro IEMs, spare tips, extra watch bands, a mic for the IEM, USB-C adapters, even some high quality swag. CEO Florian has also reached out to make sure all is well but his staff is very knowledgeable. Having capable human support is becoming increasingly rare in this digital world and I applaud Florian for having excellent personnel that are patient, well informed, and a pleasure to interact with. -William M.

The customer service is phenomenal! MY local package carrier messed the delivery up 29 METERS from my door, package was never seen again. Soundbrenner took full responsibility for something they had absolutely no hand in at all, and send me a complete replacement immediately after the package was officially considered lost. Wave IEM is very solid!
--Great customer service. Super fast with response time and they are very helpful.--Wave IEMs: Initially I was disappointed with the bass response but after cycling through some of my own ear tips I found a great fit and it greatly improved the bass on all levels. The mid bass is punchy and quick while the sub bass does have good extension and provides enough of a satisfying rumble (I am a big hip hop and R&B listener so I need a little boom in my brain haha). The vocals are the star of the show in my opinion with a treble that hasnt presented harsh to me to this point.--The cable is very compliant as well.Overall great product. Ordered the Wave Pro IEM and I am very excited to get those given how good non-pro IEM has been.

I recently purchased a set of Soundbrenner Waves to take advantage of their Valentines Day Sale. I received them and unfortunately, there was a problem. The output was low and they had no bass response. I sent a message on the website's support page and was replied to on a Saturday evening at about 5:30 pm, less than 24 hours. It was actually Valentines Day! After a few email exchanges with Ethan to make sure I had set them up and was wearing them properly, we determined they were defective. Hey, it happens! Within 2 business days, I had a new set and they blew me away. These are baseline IEMs and they sound incredible for the price point, especially at the sale price. I expected they would be because I have a Pulse wearable that is very well made and never had a problem with. But I really applaud the time Ethan spent to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I was also happy to know I wasn't going deaf!

I have two Wave IEM's from Soundbrenner. The regular (black) and the Wave Pro (Dark Gray). The only way I can describe the IEM's are "Balanced". The sound? Balanced. The fit? Balanced. The attention to detail? balanced. It is a pleasure to use these in all my audio needs. Both the Wave and the Wave Pro are the best IEMs I have ever used. I don’t know if you have tried the original wave ear monitors which by the way sound excellent! The only thing I didn’t like about the original wave is the cord. I think it’s a little too light. But again the sound is great! The wave 2 the cord is heavy duty! The spacer that comes on the cord makes them very nice. You tighten them as much as you like for a better fit. The highs mids and base on the wave 2 are really exceptional and high quality! They really suprised me in a good way! If you’re looking for some professional sounding ear monitors you need to seriously consider the wave 2 or the original wave for an extremely good price! I’ve had a lot more expensive monitors that didn’t sound any where near as good as these!

I’ve been using the Soundbrenner IEMs for both music and gaming, and they honestly exceeded my expectations.The sound quality is clear and well balanced. Bass is tight and punchy without overpowering the mids, vocals are crisp, and highs are detailed without sounding harsh. Everything feels clean and accurate.For gaming, they perform really well. Footsteps, gunshots, and directional cues are easy to hear, which makes a big difference in FPS games. The positional audio feels precise and immersive.They’re also very comfortable for long sessions, and the noise isolation helps block out background noise. I had previously the first IEM’s that Soundbrenner offered and they were good and did the job but when I got the Wave Pro they hit it out of the park much better sounding than my more expensive IEM’s I’ve owned and the ease of use and rugged design are second to none best of the best number 1 in my opinion you need to check them out you will be just as impressed and pleased with the results and quality
