Good communication and prices. I’m hoping they’ll be as good if anything goes wrong, but so far I’m impressed.

Early Warranty Termination

My warranty ended early as I sold my vehicle at a dealership. Requested a refund on the unused warranty contract as was given a fair proportional amount back based on time and mileage expended to date....Check was sent in the mail within 2 weeks. More than happy with the process......

Poor communication with DMV…

I’m aggravated at SOS for not doing their job of reporting my daughter and my friend paying insurance. DMV said that car insurance couldn’t be verified.Poor customer service

Strong Sales... POOR Followthrough.

So far this company has been nothing but a frustration. Alex is a wonderful sales person, but I will warn you that there is NO assistance after you purchase your policy. Car has been in the shop for almost two weeks for straight forward repairs. Ben kept telling me for days that 'an inspector is scheduled to go out tomorrow'. Finally their work around was a 'virtual inspection'. The dealership told me that the inspector informed them that the report would be submitted same day, and I have yet to hear from a claims representative. The policy says they are available 24 hrs a day. This is NOT TRUE. Their answering service will take a message 24 hrs a day! This company has shown no follow through or integrity as of yet. I was ready to buy a second policy with them for a new vehicle and I am so glad I held off! I'd be happy to update my review if they would just do what they said they would do!UPDATE… no mistakes have been made. And your response is a complete lie.

Adam was well versed in everything we needed to know along with being very professional and nice. He stood out over another company we talked to. As a result, we decided to sign with SOS Auto Protect. I would highly recommend them.

Exactly What I Needed

Fortunately for me some friends were chatting with Alex with SOS and I asked to speak with him too. I had been looking for an extended warranty. After speaking with Alex. I couldn't say no to the great price. The great coverage & the great customer service I got from Alex!

Ben was amazing at assisting us the…

Ben was amazing at assisting us …the dealer was going to charge over $500.00 to repair front links on a 2016 Honda Civic. We were told it was going to take 3 to 4 hours to repair the vehicle.After calling Ben and explaining to him the price,Ben was able to lower the cost repair down to $120.00 and the time he was told that the car would be repaired would be 1 hour.Well, when my daughter got to the dealer at 7:20a.m Oscar was able to repair the car with in 30 minutes and the repair cost was under $100.00.I am so grateful because my daughter is a law student who works full time and go to school full time. The parking at her school is $30 a day and the gas for work and school a week is over $200.My fear of her having to pay over $500 for that part and repair was that she wouldn’t have money to eat.I really thank Ben for his help and him looking out for us.God bless you Ben and may our God multiply your blessings for being so kind and honest.

Staffed by ghosts

So far, not so good. Their salesman was enthusiastic about selling me this warranty, yet my car broke down Christmas and has been in the shop since then. The owner assures me that the issue is covered under the warranty, yet they do not respond to e-mail enquiries and they do not return telephone calls, not from me, nor from my lawyer. Just sent a "demand" letter to-day as a prelude to a lawsuit. My lawyer asked me why I chose this company because to him it raises concerns about a fraudulent scheme.

Easy sign up. Not great follow through

Easy and informative assistance at sign up. Good prices. Just waiting for documentation and proof of insurance and information on how to use the new program. I haven’t seen anything with this information as of yet.

Bad Warranty Company

This is a Scam, we are a shop been trying to contact this warranty to make a claim for our mutual customer and we can't get a hold of anyone. they always say someone will reach out and no one does. customers car been siting for 1 week without a call. we reached out to them few times already

Poor Response

My claim was denied, BUT that is not what I'm complaining about. There is no delay in buying a policy but it is impossible to get them on the phone to file or update a claim. It took my dealer days to get an inspector out.

My mechanic recommended SOS to me after getting tired of dealing with companies that don't pay. So far they've been great. When we water pump failed they took care of everything quick. I was back on the road next day.

Been with them for a little while now…

Been with them for a little while now and they've treated me fair every time. Had two claims so far and both were approved without a headache. I like that they actually pick up the phone when you call too.

I had to use my coverage for the first time and it went way better than I thought. The rep, I think his name was Tyler, kept me updated and the repair was paid directly to the shop. No reimbursement nightmare thankfully.

Honestly didn't know what to expect but…

Honestly didn't know what to expect but SOS really came through. My AC blower went bad and I was dreading the repair bill. They took care of it without giving me any trouble. Smooth process and friendly people on the phone.
