Friendly, informative, helpful and explained options.
Nick listened and asked questions to determine what I wanted and the best options for me. No high pressure sales, explained all various packages and vendors and in the end gave me enough information to make my choice.

Service is where its at

A&M Services rock and know what they are doing.
I have used this service previously and being a return customer that in it self should say a great deal. The order was taken and submitted without any problems or hassles. I was given options just in case there was an issue with the install, realize I was moving to a new area and did not know the in's and out's of the area. Everything went perfect! The Direct TV tech in my area went well above and beyond. He talked to us about the wireless service and we changed our order, that was the right thing to do. No holes in the floor, just a simple wireless box and it works much better than my previous provider with the X1 Platform. I would use them a third time but I hope I never have to move again.

Helpful and informative
The service professional that assisted me in my sign up was professional and easy to talk to. He went over every detail that I needed to know and I felt that he took my interests into account when providing me options. I would choose to work with him again as a sales person or customer service rep if given the choice!
