Don’t Order A Remote That Doesn’t Come From The Same Company.
I cannot figure out how to integrate this new remote device to the existing strip lights and there are no instructions to guide me. Andrew from Solid Apollo called me, patiently talked me through my issues, and showed a [genuine] concern in effort to make sure all was good. I will definitely be buying add’l product from them.

I was the first “walk-in” customer for…
I was the first “walk-in” customer for Solid Apollo after they opened many, many years ago. (I needed the LED components the same day). That was a great idea because I truly did not understand all the possibilities. My number one concern was depth of stock. I was happy to find that I really could execute my plan which required 10 (9-1/2) reels of identical LED strip. And I learned quite s bit in the process. On really big projects you can inject power many different ways. Most important, their product selection is enormous and they can answer any question. Try asking a counter person at an electrical distributor how to design or use their (limited) selection of products. You will get a blank stare like a deer in the headlights.
