I àm very satisfied with my advocate Nicole. She sets goals with me, texts to check on me weekly, calls when necessary and encourages me all the time. I recommend Solace to anyone who struggles with health issues.
Solace is awesome! My advocate Emily Bodily was assigned to me as my advocate and when I tell you, she goes the extra mile she really does above and beyond even answering me after hours and making sure that I am OK even when she is ill that shows dedication she has great empathy skills as well as the best personality I have ever encountered, especially with me being so ill with my disability, and even the smallest things she wants to be involved. She really is the true definition of an advocate! Thank you Solace for having such a wonderful person on board!!!!!

Hannah has amazing listening n compassion skills. She tries very hard to get you into the type of Dr you request or is needed for your care. She makes me feel like she truly hears your struggles with the medical profession. I truly appreciate having Hannah on my side.
My Solace advocate Rachael is amazing. She is very diligent and persistent and extremely helpful and very caring. She’s absolutely wonderful. I wish I wish she was nearby that I could see her in person. She’s just fantastic and I don’t know I I don’t think I have anybody who puts in as much of an effort and gets things done as quickly as she does. She’s very good.!
My advacate was not educated about my condition and did not do much for me. I would not recomend this service. The communication could have been better. There was no discusion about cost or support of my treatment options.

My advocate always listens to my concerns, helps me organize everything, and helps me find resources for things I need. They treat me like a person, not a number or a diagnosis. I feel I can open up to them and trust them too. I would never be this confident with my care without them.

Today marks one year of working with her, and if you had told me 12 months ago I would be growing and functioning in ways I had written off as impossible, I would not have believed you. My life had become very limited and my world very small.Kirsten works with genuine empathy and care. I’m so grateful for Jessica, it’s really nice to have someone on my side to help me with the things that cause me grief and anxiety all the research into providers that work with my health insurance. It helps keep my anxiety level lower! And I’m grateful she is a RN too so I can get her opinion on things

I can get real frustrated with navigating the medical appts. I was on face book I saw an advertisement for Solace. Best thing I ever did. My advocate Michelle is a like a tornado 🌪. She just keeps going thru the hurdles like they are children's speed bumps. I was getting ready to totally give up but when I spoke with her and felt her not going to take no fir an answer. I also have mental health issues and insurance companies know you will give up. Thats is where Solace is so wonderful. My advocate Michelle knows that too and her fighter attitude comes out for me. If you need help I recommend highly Solace. And Michelle.
Janell has seen me thru the worst periods of my life. Even before that, she was invaluable, helping me deal with wheelchair issues and finding a new place to live.Then my only daughter died unexpectedly when she was 30 years old. I truly don't know how I would have survived that w/o Janell's support! Soon after that, I lost a longtime caregiver who meant a lot to me (she didn't die, she just quit) and a man I've been with nearly 30 years, said goodbye. So I'm suffering all these losses and Janell was the one constant thru it all. The final disaster is that I ended up homeless! That happened in mid-December of '25. We're now approaching the first of March, and I still haven't found an apt. I really feel I've lost EVERYTHING, except Janell & my cats! She has helped me with so much, from moral support, to finding agencies to keep me from living on the street in the dead of a Chicago winter. I look forward to our talks, and know I'll always feel better when we hang up. I can't remember what my life was like before she came into my life!
