There is nothing wrong with the creams, they’re fantastic. However, the packaging is awful. It’s impossible to get everything out of the bottles sadly. The night cream is the worst culprit, half of the cream left in the bottle. Too think for a pump action and sadly means that although I love the creams, I will not buy again as so wasteful
I came about Soho Skin in a rather pedestrian fashion. I was staying at Soho House Chicago and they had gifted travel sized collection of the new products to us to try. Since then I have been hooked. By far one of the best skin care lines out there. I stay at Soho House's around the world, and it's great to know these products are available in the rooms for use as well.I had a gift card to use with them and naturally I lost it. I contacted them, and they were able to retrieve this for me without the embarrassment of having to tell the gift-giver, and everyone I have come in contact with has been so kind and helpful.
Although there was an issue with shipping, when I contacted Naomi at soho skin she was quick to respond, resolve the issue and get my package to me asap!polite and awesome :)
