I had an accident and needed to stop customers from placing orders. I sent the request to Smart Web Ninja overnite and by morning the website was updated. I had no customers to contact and inform I would not be able to meet their requests.

Internal roles changed at our organization so we no longer had anyone in-house to manage and maintain our website. So we hired Smart Web Ninja and they have been really great to work with.
