Just had a full service including break…

Just had a full service including break service, very happy with that, He (Mario) fixed break problem, communicated well with me through all process, also send me videos and photos about work process, finished work on time, noticed problem with the battery and replaced it for me,definitely recommend his service.

Great Service

I've always had great service from this garage and Sam even collects my car from my home and brings it back for me. Good to know that I'm supporting First Step Trust as well.

Smart Garage - Not so smart

Hello,I have been using this garage for a number of years with all four of my household cars, spending 1000’s of pounds, I would like to strongly complain about the level of service I have received from the above garage lately. My car has an engine check warning lamp fault hence I am not supposed to drive it. So it was booked in to be repaired last Saturday on 17th March when I arrived the technician told me it was booked in for 30mins for diagnostics. However at the time of booking it was made clear that a scanner had been used and the fault code was P2111. So the technician rescanned only to find the same fault code and told me he would book me in for 24th March at 10:00AM.I got a call at 10:30AM this morning 23rd March, telling me that my booking had been cancelled, due to lack of technicians at your Woolwich branch. I have since found out that there was only my booking and one MOT booked in.I find this service so unprofessional and not thought out, Should not all customers be treated equally, why does my booking matter less than the ones at Woolwich, also why could the technician not sort my car and the MOT then make his way over to Woolwich afterwards?I feel very strongly about this as my car has been off the road for weeks now and the fact that I have been loyal to Smart Garages over the years.The fault code stated that a clean should fix the issue, however Smart garages have quote me £465 + VAT to replace to parts that are probably not required, siting that they do not clean parts. Since the new management structure this garage has been pure money grabbing with no consideration for customers.
