If you are buying ski gear this is the place to go. They have top quality gear at retail prices and their customer service is impeccable. I saw that they had a certain ski boot in my size online so I asked the customer service representative if they have it at the store near me. She said that they don't but she will bring it for to that store for me so I can try it out. Then when I went to the store the gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and courteous. He sat with me for a half an hour while I tried on the boots and checked the fit all the while keeping up a conversation and not making me feel rushed at all. Overall it was a very pleasant and professional experience.
