Great service and perfect fire.
The fire I wanted was the cheapest online at the time of ordering which itself was easy and straight forward. Service and delivery was easy and I was kept updated at each stage of the process. Fire now delivered and fitted and looks fantastic. Very happy with the whole experience.

We ordered the ACR T400 but out of stock. Quoted about 3 weeks but arrived in 10 day. Very helpful sales team. Just had it installed and highly delighted. Didn't realise that your not supposed to burn both fuels at same time tho.

Delivery is unreliable and a joke
I arranged delivery on Friday 19 December. No communication about delivery received at all. I rang at 9am and was told 2 to 5pm. I rang again at 4.30 and was told very soon. I then received an email at 5.30 telling me it would be between 6 pm and 8 pm. I had toCancel meeting friends at 6pm. Now it is 8pm. And no delivery. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU DONT LIKE TO WASTE YOUR TIME.

Saltfire ST-X8 Multifuel…
I purchased a Saltfire ST-X8 Multifuel Stove. This was to replace a very old wood burner and wow what a difference. Love the look, so much more efficient and super easy to use. Delivery was quick and easy and great customer service so definitely a recommendation

Love our new fire and good customer service
We love our new Gazco eReflex fire and were pleased with the level of customer service we received throughout the process. We missed the small print that stated the fire couldn’t be delivered inside the property so that was a slight challenge getting it in ourselves.

Good value, prompt delivery
Best value stove that we could find, delivered promptly. Only issue was that couldnt be delivered to the door step as we had a gravel drive but this is standard with delivery companies unfortunately.
