After I complained about the lack of…
After I complained about the lack of coordination with its installer, Amanda of Simple Tire responded. As it turned out, it's my mistake in not doing the online processing correctly. I even ordered the wrong-size tire! Amanda was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She guided me through the proper process and eventually resolved all my issues. Because of her, I would definitely recommend Simple Tire to anyone.

NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE
I ordered the exact tires with 3 different companies before ordering with Simple Tire. I talked to reps for each of the other companies before ordering, and all stated that they indeed had the tires in stock. After ordering from the previous 3, each stating that I would receive my tires within a week, I had to cancel because NONE of them after 2 weeks had even made out a shipping #, so I canceled all 3 seperate orders. So after going back and forth trying to get my 4 new Toyo Open Country Tires, and waiting on my refunds to post, I finally made a 4th order from SimpleTire.com, not sure of what to expect. They promised me I'd receive my tires within 3 days of ordering, to my suprise, even ordering toward the end of the day, I received my tires in a small remote town, THE VERY NEXT DAY. On top of the Lightning fast delivery, they had a $100 dollar instant rebate on 4 tires, Plus they pitched in Road Hazard for 3 years ABSOLUTELY FREE. ($400 VALUE BY ITSELF). Needless to say, Simple Tire has a new customer FOR LIFE. I am extremely satisfied, and wish I would have dealt with them from the start. So after going back and forth with big name tire companies for over 2 months, I finally got my tires and they were exactly what I ordered, Thanks Simple Tire.

Great communication, tire selection and prices. Amanda ended up having to help me after a website glitch caused me to unintentionally order two sets of tires. Her assistance and communication was excellent.

Fantastic Experience!!!
Easy to navigate website with LOTS of tires in the specific size and type of Light Truck tires I was interested in. Once I made my decision, purchasing and shipping was easy. The prices were great, shipping was fast, and communication was excellent. You really can't ask for much more.

Shipped fast
Shipped fast! I ordered from another company before and they promised them in 2-3 business days. Fast forward 30 days later and they still did not ship out! I was so upset that I canceled and ordered through simple tire. I will never use anyone else after such a seamless purchase and delivery

The first time I ordered tires went…
The first time I ordered tires went smoothly. The second time I got 3 correct tires & the 4th one was something all together different than the other 3. This last time I ordered 2tires & only1 showed up. I'm patiently waiting on my 2nd tire. I'm about to find someplace else to get my tires.

I was having an issue with the install facility
I was having an issue with the tire install facility I contacted Simple Tire the CSR was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional he took the time to listen and change the delivery location as well as instilled confidence pictures would arrive on schedule.
