Bad Service and False Advertisement.. Is NOT Health Care What they are selling!!
I was sold Health Insurance that falls under the "Affordable Care Act". After further research and attempting to use their services at an emergency room at a hospital, I found out that what they sell is NOT health insurance.Please be very careful with this agency.There was no confusion, I asked all of the right questions as I signed up for this program/service and was told that it was health care and that it fell under the "Affordable Care Act". It took me about 1.5 month to get most of my money back. They gave me the run around and transferred me back and forth between multiple departments. They did not issue a full refund, only partial.Again be careful. I would not get any services from this vendor.
