Love that 10% refund especially on the bigger items
Have been very satisfied for several years, especially now since we moved last July with how they've handled their side of my multiple transaction refunds (accurate and in a timely fashion).

Rebates could be easier
Your company is not as accurate or responsive as it once was. I am using the ShopSmarter portal to make purchases with companies like Staples, Tractor Supply, Belk and they are not getting processed and it's a hassle to get the rebate. I have requested a replacement check, I get an email stating it's being reissued and it hasn't been received. I'm thinking about discontinuing my membership.

They only want to charge membership fee but will refuse to pay your cashback.
I pay my membership fee every month, but I rarely use it. The first time I used it in about a year, they refused to pay me my cashback. I wrote an email asking about it, and a customer service representative replied that my cashback has been approved and will be paid next month. However, I still got nothing the next month. I tried to ask the same guy, but he never replied, so I had to open another ticket to follow up. The second customer service representative replied that they are going to review my account and overturn the approval of my cashback. It's been over two months, and I still don't know what happened. Besides, they said my account will be frozen, so I can't get any cashback, but they keep charging me a membership fee during the review.

Every time they should refund the more substantial amount I have to fight with them.
I have been using this company to save a few dollars for years. This is why I’m paying a subscription. However, without fail, every time I have to get a more substantial amount of money than $10-$20 from them I have to fight for it. And it takes months. Why do they have to act like they were a shady company beats me.

The experience with shop smarter has been a thrill. I wish more people knew about this. I do tell as many people as they come in contact with I even taught my mother how to use the app so she can actually shop and get things she needs on her own so thank you
