Kitchen Mama is great with customer service! I hade a problem with my can opener and they replaced it under warranty! It is nice to have a company that stands behind their products!
I purchased a Kitchen Mama and used it infrequently for a few months, when it stopped working. I reached out to the company and, after confirming with them that I tried the troubleshooting steps, they sent me a replacement. The new one works great. I appreciate the quick response to find a resolution!
Nicca responded quickly to my support request and the company went above and beyond to help me with my problem. It was an unusual and surprisingly generous resolution, and I received constant communications until it was.

Immediately after I sent an email to customer support about my kitchen mama can opener i received an email with a ticket for my case. 30 minutes later I received an email from a gentleman called Surge who asked a bout my problem. I forget to mention this was on a Saturday night. By the end of the night Surge has escalated my case to upper level customer service and by Sunday my issue was resolved. I have never experienced a customer service like this quality before.

Super responsive customer service!!! I sent an issue request Sunday night, heard back with instructions from Nicca Monday morning. My beloved automatic can opener was back to work that day! I love Kitchen Mama even more today. I wish all companies had customer service and service like Kitchen Mama! You made my day. The simple things make the biggest impact!
I purchased a can opener in Sept 2025 In Dec 2025 it stopped working correctly. It would either not attach correctly to the can or it would only move slightly and then quit. I notified customer service and promptly received a response with details of what information they would need to resolve the problem. After sending the requested information, it was determined that it would need to be replaced. In less than a week from start to finish, I had the replacement. I very appreciated the courteous and helpful correspondence and the willingness to provide a replacement.
They were very responsive to my issue. I supplied the information they wanted about the can opener. I received my new can opener last Wednesday. They stand behind their product and are very customer sensitive. I wish more companies had this type of care for their customers.
I requested and received a Kitchen Mama can opener for Xmas. The original was defective, returned and replacement sent immediately, however it is not worth the money, extremely disappointed. The opener must be left on for at least 3 to 6 rotations.
I highly recommend these kitchen Mama can openers. They are easy to use, My husband is 76 and he brags on it after each using. I had an issue with one of the can opener and after notifying the company they were quick to correct the problem. Their customer service was great. Their product quality is great. The ease of using is great.
We first purchased a Mama battery can opener several years ago and fell in love with it instantly. We purchased our 2nd one for our RV weeks later and a 3rd one for a dear friend. Our first one worked great for 3 years and stopped functioning. We replace that one on Sept. 25th. We quickly ordered another mama. Unfortunately that one stopped working 4 months later. We filed a warranty claim and to our amazement the folks at Mama quickly and professionally replaced the machine. I found the Mama folks professional and efficient. I highly recommend this can opener and the Mama team. Thank you
My Kitchen Mama stopped working after a few weeks. I contacted the company. They responded very quickly. I had several email exchanges with them and with each one I had a quick reply. After I sent a video about the problem, they sent me a new Kitchen Mama.

Response was fast and received a new opener in a couple of weeks. The only improvement I would suggest is a standardized set of questions needed to answer all your questions for replacement or repair at one time. Thanks Mike.
Love my Kitchen Mama can opener. Makes it so much easier to open cans now that I don't have the strength to use the old fashioned ones. I had some problems with opener and Nicci at customer service was excellent, giving me suggestions on how to get it working and when that didn't work sent me a new opener without a problem. Would not hesitate to buy other products from this company?
