My order for a fully electric hospital bed was delivered quickly.
They need to let you know that your order will come in 3 different boxes at 3 different times. We threw grandma’s old bed away thinking the bed was coming altogether. FedEx placed the first and second box on the side walk. Ridiculous. I called and talked to Marty to explain my disappointment. And it was a lot of excuses.
Order arrived when promised today. Haven't had time to put together or try. Rather tired of getting text and e-mails about placing order and offering discount after order was placed and paid for.
The Customer Service Representatives Tiffany and Tonia were very nice and professional. Always kept updated with my order .
You failed to deliver my order to the address I gave you and I never received my package yet you charged me for them anyway!!!
Bought high end hospital bed. Everything was great until they shipped. Misinformation about shipping dates and white glove service were given by the sales and customer service TEAM. Company stands behind the small print on their website and not the committments made by their TEAM. Worst last mile delivery program in the country.

The customer service team kept in contact with us from the beginning when we placed our order until we had a delivered and set up hospital bed at my fathers. We purchased the White Glove Setup with our bed and we used our own memory foam mattress.
This was our first encounter with this company and it was amazing! I called, was shown what I needed. The order is being delivered within 4 or 5 business days.Mr. Simon's was a fantastic help getting us qualified for the right product for our needs.Thank you for great customer service!
I'm extremely disappointed with this delivery services. The delivery team dropped the bed outside my door and refused to bring it inside unless I have to pay extra money. This was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. A bed is large, heavy item-it's unreasonable to expect customers to move it themselves. Charging additional fees is unfair and unprofessional. Very poor customer service and not what I expected. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
I do not normally write reviews on bad service providers, however, this company has made me need to warn others who are looking for hospital beds. Richard the salesperson was efficient and we camped on a high end hospital bed and because it was going to a memory care unit, we needed inside delivery and assembly and we paid for that. The estimated delivery was 3-7 days after order was place. Exactly what we needed. 2 days after order was placed (Wed), they notified me the rails are wrong and they will update shipping. I also inquired whether or not the delivery driver did the assembly and was advised that the White Glove service comes the same day (same as what was sold to us). By the Friday before the last day of promised delivery (Monday), there was still no tracking number so I tried to contact the company. Appparently, they close at noon on Fridays and have no customer service available. Because the actual customer in need was being moved on Monday, we had to scramble and move a bed from her home to her new room, that really did not fit or work, but was necessary. On that Sunday, my CS rep advised me that it had not shipped yet but will this week. On Monday, we got a shipment tracking number that confirmed a Thursday delivery and we were advised that we get 24 hrs notice so we can meet the truck, so we can take down the existing bed and move the new bed in. On Thursday we were advised that the shipment would deliver on Friday and that we would get 24hrs notice for a time. On Friday a freight driver called me at 11am from the delivery location and he was there to unload. No advances notice. He advised us that he would deliver inside the building, however, he left the bed outside the building (mid Feb in OH), So then I attempted to get a hold of Shop Med about the white glove assembly that should happen the same day. I was advised that Tiffany who arranges this service is off today and she comes back on Sunday and she can make arrangements then (not same day as Friday). On Sunday, we were advised by Tiffany that best option is Tuesday, 4 days after delivery and after sitting outside 4 days. When crew arrived to assemble, they advised us that this particular hospital bed has no casters. Since we had no advance notice of assembly time and we could not take down the existing queen bed in the room until the new bed was assembled and confirmed all in order, we had to make arrangements for the facility to take down her bed and move out, which they did. The bed was supposed to have casters as one of our pre-requiste. So the bed was assembled in the room and is in order. During this entire process I asked for a supervisor to contact me no less than 4 times. Finally the day after the delivery, a cocky supervisor named Josh called me to discuss what had happened. His response was the website does not guarantee a 7 day delivery (which was sold to us) nor does it guarantee same day assembly (which was sold to us and confirmed in an email, and we paid for). So I asked if I am supposed to disregard what is sold to me and confirmed by email and instead read over your small print on the website and he said yes. He said if I would like, he would fire Richard for promising me something that was not true. What a great way to shove your fellow employee under the bus. He knows we were promised same day service but "sometimes" we have deliveries in locations that take time to find someone. That was never disclosed to us. Now this delivery is in a population market of about 250K, 40 miles from Akron & Canton and 60 miles from both Pitt and Clev. So this is not remote location. I advised him that I am in the logistics, final mile delivery business and what I just bought and received for service was the worst service any customer could be given. Add on top of that, the stress of dealing with a memory care individual, and all committments being broken and those broken committments were backed up by the company website small print. Being in logistics, I really believed that dealing with a supervisor would help the situation, rather it further complicated the sitaution and made me realize what a bad company they are. Josh was somewhat proud of the service he gave us. DO NOT BUY a medical bed from this company unless you want to experience disappoints I just went thru. I would have given them a 0 if I could. After spending over $5K for a premium bed and white glove assembly, i really hope this bed works out. Josh offered me a "discount" on my next order for the inconvenience. I told him that I do not think that I will ever order anything from this company again. Finally, If I would have known that delivery would be 10 days, not 7 and that white glove delivery was 4 days later not same day, I would have had better choices and most likely would not have bought from them. Shame!!

Excellent processing time, Excellent delivery time, and the tech was good. However, I believe it would be better and a faster assembly to have 2 techs for the assembling of the bed.

I bought a hospital bed for my elderly parent from Shop Home Med and the whole thing was pretty straightforward. I found their website very user friendly, the range of health products was of good quality, and the checkout process was very fast. The delivery came within 4 days, everything was nicely packed and the bed was just like in the picturestrong and comfortable.If it weren't for a short delay caused by a slight misunderstanding about the confirmation of the shipping address, which postponed the delivery by one day, and the company's reply on email through customer service, their problem, solving, and agitation could have easily gotten 5 stars. The price is very reasonable, and I would consider shopping there again for medical supplies.
I have been attempting to use my FSA card without first having to use a debit card and then reimburse myself, which is aggravating. Your site had no issues and I was done within a matter of minutes. It is greatly appreciated. I have severe health issues currently and so to accomplish something with no frustration is like a gift. Thank you so much.Lori
